Precision in stainless steel: the Memmert UF260 universal cabinet (SingleDISPLAY)

The Memmert UF260 is the classic heating cabinet for all laboratory applications where uniform temperature distribution and robust durability are essential. The abbreviation ‘UF’ stands for ‘universal cabinet with forced air’ (circulating air). A quiet yet powerful fan ensures constant air circulation inside the chamber, which significantly speeds up drying processes and guarantees a more uniform temperature distribution than with natural convection alone (UN model).

With an internal volume of 256 litres, the UF260 offers plenty of space for large sample quantities, yet remains easy to integrate into the laboratory thanks to its compact design.

Operation: SingleDISPLAY – Intuitive & Clear

This model is equipped with the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY. It focuses on the essentials and is incredibly easy to use (“Touch, Turn & Go”):

• A high-resolution TFT display: Shows temperature, fan speed, exhaust air flap position and programme time.
• Precise control: Set the temperature exactly between +10 °C above room temperature and +300 °C.
• Fan & Damper: The speed of the recirculation fan and the position of the exhaust air damper (for moisture extraction) can be controlled electronically in 10% increments.
• Timer function: Integrated runtime monitoring (1 min to 99 days).
• AtmoCONTROL software: For reading out the internal data logger (Ethernet interface) and for easy programming of ramp profiles.

Note: Do you require complex ramp profiles, repeat functions or two displays? If so, the “UF260plus” (TwinDISPLAY) model variant would be the right choice. The UF260 (Standard) described here is the ideal solution for constant temperature control tasks.

Unique heating technology

Memmert utilises all-round heating. The heating elements are protected behind the deep-drawn ribs inside the chamber. This ensures direct heat transfer to the load and prevents ‘hotspots’.

The housing and interior are made of high-quality, textured stainless steel (grade 1.4301).
