Gentle temperature control for sensitive samples: Memmert UN110plus

The Memmert UN110plus universal oven is the specialist for sensitive samples. With an internal volume of 108 litres, it offers ample space for laboratory applications. Unlike forced-air ovens, this model operates using natural convection. Heat is distributed completely turbulence-free via the large-surface-area heating elements in the stainless-steel interior. This makes the UN110plus the ideal choice for drying fine powders, light granules or biological samples that could be stirred up or dried out by an air flow.

TwinDISPLAY: Intuitive programming for demanding processes

Despite the gentle heating, you don’t have to compromise on high-end control. The TwinDISPLAY, featuring two high-resolution TFT touchscreens, makes it child’s play to programme complex temperature ramps and process cycles. The fresh air supply can be precisely regulated in 10% increments via the electronically controlled exhaust air flap. With the HeatBALANCE function, you can also specifically balance the distribution of heating power between the upper and lower sections of the chamber.

Redundant safety and comprehensive documentation

Two independently operating Pt100 sensors (DIN Class A) ensure maximum process reliability. If one sensor fails, the other seamlessly takes over temperature control. The integrated AutoSAFETY system protects your valuable samples by triggering automatic alarms and switching off the heating in the event of tolerance deviations. All process data is stored in the internal data logger and can be read out in accordance with GMP and GLP standards using the supplied AtmoCONTROL software (via USB or Ethernet).
