Memmert UF750 universal cabinet with forced air circulation, SingleDISPLAY, 749 litres, ambient temperature +10 °C to +300 °C

Product information "Memmert UF750 universal cabinet with forced air circulation, SingleDISPLAY, 749 litres, ambient temperature +10 °C to +300 °C"

Precise thermodynamics for large-volume laboratory processes

The Memmert UF750 universal oven (MPN UF750) represents a highly precise, mechanically robust and large-volume system solution for the controlled heating, temperature control, drying and ageing of sample materials. With a usable internal volume of 749 litres, this high-end heating cabinet is specifically designed to meet the requirements of industrial testing laboratories, pharmaceutical quality assurance and materials science research institutions. Wherever heavy or large-scale batches need to be heat-treated in continuous B2B operation in a manner that is absolutely gentle on the material and reproducible, the system forms the metrological and infrastructural basis.

Efficient forced-air circulation technology and homogeneous temperature distribution

The process engineering foundation of the UF750 is based on a highly advanced forced convection system. A smooth-running, low-vibration air turbine ensures that thermal energy is continuously mixed throughout the entire interior. This effectively prevents the formation of critical temperature stratification (hotspots), even when the chamber is densely packed with sample vessels. The speed of the air circulation turbine is continuously adjustable in 10 per cent increments to allow even sensitive powders or light substances to be dried without transient turbulence. At the same time, the electronically controlled fresh air damper enables continuous gas exchange for accelerated moisture removal.

Intuitive parameter control via the ControlCOCKPIT

The control architecture of the universal cabinet is implemented via the tried-and-tested Memmert ControlCOCKPIT in the SingleDISPLAY version. A high-resolution TFT colour graphic display visualises all process-relevant parameters, such as setpoint and actual temperature, the status of the air damper and the fan speed, in real time. The integrated digital up and down timers allow precise programming of hold times ranging from one minute to 99 days. Thanks to the integrated SetpointWAIT function, the programmed process time only starts without error once the predefined target temperature has been precisely reached at the core of the interior.

Uncompromising health and safety and robust housing design

The mechanical structure of the UF750 is consistently designed for maximum service life in everyday industrial use. Both the deep-drawn interior and the textured outer housing are made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To protect users and samples, the heating cabinet features a multi-stage electronic and mechanical monitoring system. A digital overtemperature protection system switches off the heating element if the limit value is exceeded, supported by a mechanical temperature limiter in accordance with Protection Class 1. Due to the high heating power of 7,000 watts, the system is reliably powered via a three-phase AC connection (400 volts).
