Memmert VO101 vacuum oven, 101 L, +200°C, with digital pressure control

With a volume of 101 litres, the Memmert VO101 vacuum oven offers maximum capacity for ultra-fast and gentle drying processes. It is specially designed for the treatment of sensitive materials such as foodstuffs, cosmetics, granulates, printed circuit boards or injection moulds, which need to be dried in a low-oxygen environment or under vacuum.

Intelligent Direct Heating & Precision

At the heart of the VO101 is the patented Multi-Level-Heating direct heating system. The heatable, removable heating plates transfer heat directly to the load. This guarantees the shortest possible heating times and prevents heat loss as well as condensation forming on the inner walls. Each heating plate has its own sensor system and control unit.

Digital Pressure Control & Energy Efficiency

The digital electronic pressure control allows for precise adjustment from 5 to 1100 mbar. In combination with a speed-controlled pump (accessory), the unit enables demand-driven flushing cycles, protects the pump diaphragms and saves up to 70 per cent energy compared to unregulated systems.

High-end control system: ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY

Operation is via the intuitive TwinDISPLAY with two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays. Here, parameters such as temperature, pressure and programme durations can be precisely controlled. Safety functions such as Multi-Level Overtemperature Control (MLOP) monitor each heating plate separately and guarantee maximum process reliability.
