Memmert VO49 Vacuum Oven: Gentle drying under vacuum
The Memmert VO49 vacuum oven enables rapid yet extremely gentle drying of samples without subjecting them to thermal stress. With a 49-litre usable volume, a temperature range up to +200 °C and precise digital pressure control (5 to 1100 mbar), it is ideal for sensitive materials, powders or components.
Direct heat transfer and precise control
Unlike conventional ovens, the VO49 heats via directly heated thermal plates. Each shelf is heated and controlled individually, ensuring excellent heat transfer and precise temperature control directly at the sample. The standard TwinDISPLAY control panel enables intuitive programming of complex temperature and vacuum cycles.
Safety and material compatibility
The vacuum oven is designed for demanding applications. The interior, made from high-quality, electropolished stainless steel (1.4404), is particularly resistant to aggressive vapours. A multi-stage safety system, including a door made from safety glass (ESG), protects both the user and the instrument.
