*Reference materials containing chlorantraniliprole (500008-45-7) must be treated with ultrasound for at least 60 minutes before opening the ampoule. As each ultrasonic bath operates at a different energy level, 60 minutes is only a guideline. A longer sonication time has no effect on product quality. These precautions also apply to working solutions prepared in your laboratory. The amount of compound precipitated depends on the concentration and temperature. If you store your standards, including diluted solutions, at a temperature significantly below that recommended on the label, allow for a longer sonication time.
†Note: In this standard, fluazinam should only be used for qualitative analysis.
‡This reference material contains both the Spinetoram J and L isomers (187166-40-1 and 187166-15-0); however, the certificate states CAS No. 935545-74-7, as this refers to the pure material dissolved in the solution. CAS No. 935545-74-7 is a mixture of Spinetoram J and L, and the proportion of each isomer is shown on your certificate of analysis.
**This reference material contains Spinosad A and D isomers (131929-60-7 and 131929-63-0); however, the certificate states CAS No. 168316-95-8, as this refers to the pure material dissolved in the solution. CAS No. 168316-95-8 is a mixture of spinosad A and D, and the ratio of each isomer is shown on your certificate of analysis.
Features and benefits
:
- For the precise detection and quantification of pesticides of global significance for food safety in a wide range of fruit and vegetable varieties and other products using LC-MS/MS
.- The complete kit contains 204 compounds of interest and covers many of the pesticides listed by regulatory authorities that are analysed by LC; individual vials are also available separately
.- Formulated and grouped for maximum long-term stability
.- Quantitatively tested to confirm composition; detailed accompanying documentation is provided
.- The optimised multi-component pesticide method is provided free of charge; the downloadable XLS file contains conditions and conversion tables.
- Restek is your one-stop shop for first-class LC-MS/MS analysis of multi-pesticide residues: reference and internal standards, LC columns, Q-sep QuEChERS sample preparation products, accessories and more!
Note: When combining a large number of compounds with different functional groups, the stability of the mixture may pose a problem. When formulating these standards, we examined the 204 compounds involved in detail and then combined them into as few mixtures as possible, whilst still ensuring the highest level of long-term stability and reliability. For quantitative analysis, we recommend analysing each mixture separately to ensure accurate results for each compound.
