The Bandelin SONOREX SUPER RK 510 H is a heated ultrasonic bath from the SONOREX SUPER RK series, designed for professional use in laboratories, medical practices and workshops. With a capacity of 9.7 litres (usable volume 6.6 litres) and a tank made from 1.4301 stainless steel, this ultrasonic bath offers sufficient volume for standard cleaning and degassing tasks in day-to-day laboratory work. Operation is straightforward via rotary controls, which allow the cleaning time and bath temperature to be set independently of one another, ensuring the unit can be operated reliably even without extensive training. The side carrying handles and the compact external dimensions of 325 x 265 x 300 mm allow for flexible use at various workstations in the laboratory or workshop.

High-performance cleaning technology with SweepTec

At an operating frequency of 35 kHz, the unit generates a peak ultrasonic power of 640 W with a nominal power of 160 W. The integrated SweepTec technology ensures a homogeneous sound field throughout the tank, thereby delivering a uniform cleaning effect, even in hard-to-reach areas of instruments and small parts. The 400 W heater brings the bath to temperatures between 30 and 80 degrees Celsius; the timer covers a range of 1 to 15 minutes (±5 per cent) and can also be set to continuous operation, which is useful for longer cleaning or degassing processes. A liquid level indicator and a side-mounted ball valve drain (G ¾) with a 50 cm hose facilitate daily use and emptying of the basin without the need to lift or tilt it. The fixed, 2 m long mains cable ensures straightforward connection to a 230 V power supply (50/60 Hz).

The robust stainless steel housing (also 1.4301) with IP 32 protection and an internal tank dimension of 300 x 240 x 150 mm makes the unit suitable for regular use at various workstations. Weighing 9.1 kg, it can also be transported and moved as required with minimal effort.
