Product information "BRAND Dispensette S Analog, with return valve, bottle-top dispenser (0.1 – 100 ml) – 0.5 ml – 5 ml"

The classic model with added efficiency: BRAND Dispensette S Analog (with return valve)

The BRAND Dispensette S Analog is the globally recognised standard for precise dispensing directly from the stock bottle. In this version, the device is fitted with a return valve as standard. This small but crucial feature revolutionises your workflow during degassing: instead of wasting valuable reagent by discarding it into a beaker, you simply return it to the bottle whilst degassing. This saves costs and protects the environment.

Simple, Safe, Analogue

The ‘S’ generation stands for ‘Safe, Simple, Efficient’.

  • Analogue adjustment: The desired volume is set using a mechanical slide control with an internal rack. This guarantees an absolutely secure setting that cannot be accidentally altered, even during hectic operation.
  • Smooth operation: Thanks to advanced piston and cylinder materials, the piston glides almost effortlessly. Suction and ejection require minimal force – a relief for your joints during long production runs.
  • Flexibility: The valve block can be rotated through 360°, so you can always align the dispensing tube perfectly with the bottle’s label.

Backflow prevention valve: How it works

A simple turn of the valve is all it takes:

  1. ‘Back-dosing’ position: The piston is moved to remove air bubbles from the cylinder. The liquid flows back into the bottle. No splashing, no wastage.
  2. ‘Dosing’ position: Once the cylinder is free of air bubbles, switch the valve over and dispense precisely into your container.

Universal use (colour code: red)

The Dispensette S covers an extremely wide range of media. It is ideal for corrosive reagents such as concentrated acids (e.g. H₃PO₄, H₂SO₄), alkalis (e.g. NaOH, KOH), salt solutions and many organic solvents. (Exception: For hydrofluoric acid, please use the Trace Analysis version).
