The BRAND seripettor ® (1–10 ml) is the cost-effective and robust solution for your standard dispensing tasks. Designed for the ‘low-cost’ sector, this bottle-top dispenser proves its worth in situations where high-end equipment is often over-specified. It is ideal for use with biological buffers, nutrient solutions and even warm culture media (agar), without compromising on precision.

Efficiency through automatic stroke

Thanks to the integrated return spring, the piston lifts automatically after each dispensing stroke and refills the cylinder automatically. This enables fast, fatigue-free batch processing, ideal for high sample throughput. Volume adjustment is carried out safely via a toothed rack, which reliably prevents accidental adjustment of the volume.

Robust design for a wide range of media

The seripettor ® is specially designed for:

• Culture media: Agar media can be dispensed at temperatures of up to 60 °C.
• Biological solutions: Ideal for buffers, detergents, anti-foaming agents and vitamin solutions.
• Low-concentration acids and alkalis: Also suitable for media such as NaOH, KOH or ammonia.
• Polar solvents: Compatible with ethanol, methanol, acetylacetone and others.

Easier to maintain than any other

A particular highlight is the replaceable dosing unit. Should wear and tear occur due to contaminated or crystallising media, you can replace the entire unit (cylinder & piston) without tools and at low cost. The unit is therefore ready for use again in a matter of seconds – without expensive repairs or long downtimes.
