Product information "Bürkle, EnergyOne mains-powered barrel pump with spout, 70 cm, #5900-2070"
At a fixed dispensing station, where small quantities of cleaning agent or diluted acid are repeatedly drawn from canisters throughout the day, one thing is paramount: the pump must not stop because the battery is flat. The EnergyOne is the mains-powered version of the centrifugal pump for small quantities; it is connected via a 230 V power supply unit and is ready for continuous use without any charging time.
Mains operation without charging breaks
The power supply is provided by a 230 V power supply unit. International plug adaptors for the EU, UK, US and AU are included, so that the pump is ready for immediate use even in locations with different plug types. There is no charging time whatsoever, unlike with the battery-powered model; the pump runs as long as it is connected to the mains.
When mains operation is worthwhile
When used at a fixed workstation with a power socket within easy reach, the EnergyOne means you never have to worry about the battery level. Particularly when carrying out frequent, closely spaced filling operations throughout the day, this makes the process much smoother than having to change the battery in between.
Same drive system as on the AccuOne
The EnergyOne’s pump unit and drive system are identical in design to those of the battery-operated AccuOne; the power supply unit and battery can be swapped between the two devices. If you need to use the pump in different locations without a mains socket, for example, in another part of the building, you are better off with the AccuOne.
Performance data for small quantities
As with the AccuOne, the flow rate ranges from 0 to around 12 l/min at a head of approximately 4 m water column. The 25 mm diameter immersion tube can be adjusted continuously, whilst the outlet elbow has an external diameter of 16 mm and a length of 203 mm. The pump is suitable for low-viscosity to aqueous acids, alkalis, chemicals and cleaning agents up to approximately 200 mPa·s.
Materials for corrosive media
As with the AccuOne, the parts in contact with the medium are made of polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Hastelloy 2.4610 (AISI Alloy C-4). The IP 20 protection rating is designed for indoor use.
Three immersion depths for different containers
For containers up to around 30 litres, the model with a 50 cm immersion depth is sufficient. For containers up to around 60 litres, the 70 cm model is suitable, whilst for drums up to around 220 litres, the 100 cm model is suitable.
A fixed place at the filling station
As there is no need to change or charge a battery, the EnergyOne is particularly well suited to a fixed installation at a filling or dosing station where the pump is used several times a day. The international plug adaptors make installation straightforward even at sites outside Germany.
Scope of delivery and connection
The scope of delivery includes the pump unit, drive, power supply unit with plug, three plug adaptors and the fixed outlet elbow. Once plugged into the mains, the pump is ready for use without any further preparation; there is no need to charge or replace a battery.
Degree of protection and operating environment
The IP 20 protection rating indicates that the pump is designed for indoor use, without any special protection against water jets or dust from outside. This is sufficient for use in warehouses and laboratories with a normal indoor environment.
Typical applications
- Fixed filling and dosing stations with a permanent mains connection
- Decanting and transferring small quantities of acids, alkalis, chemicals and cleaning agents
- Locations abroad thanks to plug adaptors for the EU, UK, US and AU
- Small quantities in laboratory settings

Service and procurement
The suitable immersion depth depends on the height of the container at the specific location, not solely on the container’s volume. We supply all three models individually and, if required, can also recommend the battery-powered AccuOne or, for higher flow rates, the mains-powered laboratory pump as an alternative. Our team will be happy to help with any queries regarding a suitable pump for your specific medium.
