Bürkle hand pump for solvents, stainless steel, 60 cm, 5603-1000
Safe dispensing of high-purity solvents The Bürkle hand pump for solvents has been specially developed for the contamination-free dispensing of organic solvents and flavourings. All parts in contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel (1.4301/1.4404) and PTFE, ensuring excellent chemical resistance. With an immersion depth of 60 cm, this version (5603-1000) is ideal for smaller drums, canisters and containers up to approx. 60 litres. Explosion protection and occupational safety When handling flammable liquids such as acetone, isopropanol or ethanol, safety is the top priority. This pump meets the strict requirements for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Zones 0 and 1). To prevent electrostatic build-up and sparking, an anti-static kit is included in the scope of delivery, enabling the pump and the container to be safely earthed. Gas-tight system for clean air Conventional pumps often allow dangerous vapours to escape. The Bürkle solvent pump operates on the gas displacement principle and is designed to be gas-tight. This means that no solvent vapours escape into the working environment, protecting the user from health risks and minimising odour nuisance in the laboratory or warehouse. The pump is robust, durable and designed for continuous industrial use. Bürkle, Mini solvent pump, 1.8 l/min, GL45 connection, #5603-4000
Mini Solvent Pump | Safe dispensing of small quantities The Mini Solvent Pump is an extremely high-quality hand pump for small containers such as bottles, canisters and containers up to approx. 10 litres. For the safe dispensing and dosing of solvents and highly flammable liquids. Simple principle – great results The hand pump operates on the overpressure principle. Pressing the pump ball builds up overpressure inside the container, which forces the liquid out. This ensures that only the hose, feed tube and spout come into contact with the liquid being dispensed. A pressure relief valve protects the solvent pump against excessive pressure build-up – for example, due to direct sunlight – ensuring safety. High-quality materials All parts of this hand pump that come into contact with the medium are made from high-quality, inert materials – PTFE and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) – which are characterised by their excellent chemical resistance. The Mini solvent pump is therefore particularly well suited for use with high-purity liquids and highly flammable media, e.g. acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, etc. Filling in potentially explosive atmospheres The supplied earthing cable can be easily connected to the solvent pump via a spade connector; this dissipates electrostatic charges, allowing flammable media to be dispensed safely. Flexible in use The solvent pump can be used to fill from a wide variety of container sizes. The flexible PTFE hose, which draws the liquid from the container, can be cut to any length. This enables the container to be emptied completely, even in the case of bottles and canisters with a domed base. The hand pump has a standard GL 45 connection thread. However, with the appropriate thread adaptors (accessories), it can be easily adapted for use with containers featuring S 40, GL 38 or GL 32 thread sizes. Precise dispensing of the liquid The self-closing spout (with auto-stop function) on the Mini solvent pump enables absolutely precise dispensing, with no dripping whatsoever. Thanks to the simple dosing mechanism, even the smallest containers, such as test tubes, can be filled without any problems. A hose (internal Ø 6 mm) can be optionally attached to the spout, allowing safe filling even into containers situated further away. Perfectly balanced The Mini solvent pump is particularly compact and very well balanced, enabling tilt-free dispensing even from small containers. Robust and durable Thanks to its robust design and high-quality materials, the durable Mini solvent pump enables consistently safe and clean filling in the simplest and most convenient way. Ideal for 1–5 l containers GL 45 connection thread Parts in contact with the medium made from PTFE and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) PTFE hose (6x8 mm), 0.4 m Includes 2 m earthing cable Adapters for S 40, GL 38 and GL 32 available as accessories Sterility: No

Bürkle, dispensing system for solvent outlet elbow, 60 cm, #5603-5001
The solvent dispensing system with outlet elbow features a drum pump with a fixed outlet elbow. The drum pump’s infinitely adjustable dip tube can be adapted to the respective container. Fitted with a drum coupling for steel drums with an R 2" thread. Can be adapted to standard containers using threaded adaptors. The solvent dispensing system allows high-purity liquids to be dispensed quickly and easily. Compressed gas (compressed air or nitrogen) is used to create positive pressure inside the container, which forces the liquid out. Operation using compressed gas offers the advantage that the user can dispense even large quantities effortlessly, whilst keeping both hands free to pour the solvent. This also allows hazardous substances, such as acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., to be dispensed safely and precisely metered via the drain tap. When used with oxygen-sensitive or ultra-pure substances, operation with an inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible. The drum coupling and shut-off valves seal the drum and pump hermetically. This prevents any solvent-containing vapours from escaping after filling – thereby protecting users’ health and the environment. The portable dispensing system allows for flexible operation. It consists of a drum pump and a mountable pressure regulator unit, which adjusts the inlet pressure and provides additional protection against misuse. A pressure gauge allows for visual monitoring of the inlet pressure. The pump can be easily secured to the container using a drum coupling. The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3–10 bar) can be supplied via a mobile or stationary compressed air source. The solvent dispensing system enables the safe and accurate filling of various solvents in laboratory and industrial settings. Flexible connection options; operation with compressed air or inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) Parts in contact with the medium made from stainless steel (1.4301) and PTFE Includes transport stand, earthing cable for pressure regulator, connecting hose, spanner and adaptor for pressure supply Pressure supply adaptor (G 1/4"): 1x coupling plug, nominal diameter 7.2 mm; 1x hose nozzle for internal diameter 6 mm; 1x hose nozzle for internal diameter 8 mm For UN containers and drums (test pressure min. 150 kPa) The unit complies with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU Warning! When working with flammable liquids, the container, pump and pressure regulator must be earthed! Use an anti-static kit for the pump as well! Sterility: No

Bürkle, foot-operated solvent pump with outlet elbow, 95 cm, #5603-1100
Drum pump for solvents with a fixed outlet elbow. This foot-operated solvent pump is particularly suitable for dispensing high-purity liquids such as solvents. Filling flammable liquids All parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel (1.4301) and PTFE. With the Bürkle anti-static kit, the pump can be earthed when dispensing flammable liquids to prevent the build-up of electrostatic charge. Protection against hazardous vapours The drum coupling and the two shut-off valves allow the container and the pump to be hermetically sealed. This prevents any unwanted vapours from escaping after filling, thereby protecting both health and the environment. Robust and practical design The solid and durable industrial design of the solvent pump ensures a long service life. The pump operates on the overpressure principle. The foot bellows creates overpressure in the container, which forces the liquid out of the container. As the pump is easily operated using the foot bellows, both hands remain free for filling. The practical clip connection allows the air hose to be quickly and easily connected and disconnected. Immersion tube infinitely adjustable to drum depth For drums up to 220 litres Suitable for steel drums with an R 2" thread Threaded adaptors for standard containers and air filters for particularly clean filling are available as accessories Warning! When dispensing flammable liquids, the drum and pump must be earthed! Use an anti-static kit! Sterility: No
