IKA ICC control pro 20 c Immersion Circulator Package, Stainless Steel Bath Size L, up to 150 °C, 0008036400

The ICC control pro 20 c (MPN 0008036400) is the package variant with the large IB 20 pro stainless steel bath of size L. Besides the bath, five further parts come with the ICC control circulator: bath bridge, cover, pump connection set, cooling coil and an external temperature probe. The system is assembled ready to connect and works with 2000 W heating power up to 150 °C. Compared with the packages with baths of size M and S, it has the largest bath opening, 255 x 309 mm at the bottom.

The bath of size L

The IB 20 pro is made of stainless steel. At the bath bottom the opening measures 255 x 309 mm, at the upper bath edge at most 292 x 325 mm. The immersion depth is 85 to 125 mm, and the circulator needs a bath depth of at least 150 mm. The overall dimensions of the package are 354 x 641 x 388 mm. The CL.ICC cover is included.

What comes in addition to the circulator

Besides the bath, a BL.ICC bath bridge, the CL.ICC cover, the PCS.ICC pump connection set, the CC2 cooling coil and the PT 100.30 temperature probe are included. The standalone unit ICC control is listed by IKA under ident number 0004136600. The PT 100.30 probe can be operated at the connection for external temperature probes (PT 100), and the display indicates operation with an external probe.

Control of the ICC control

The circulator controls by PID. The TFT display shows working and safety temperature, and the display resolves to 0.01 K. The temperature stability according to DIN 12876 is ±0.01 K, and the set temperature can be set to an accuracy of 0.1 K. With external cooling the minimum operating temperature of the circulator is -20 °C. The pump delivers up to 18 l/min at 0 bar back pressure and its output is variable.

Safety equipment

The safety circuit is adjustable from 0 to 160 °C, a PT1000 measures the safety temperature and a PT 100 the working temperature. Visual and audible warnings, the over-temperature warning and low and high level protection are part of the device, and the classification is DIN 12876 class III with FL.

Size L, M or S

The same concept is available with smaller baths: the ICC control pro 12 c has a bath of size M with 255 x 127 mm at the bottom, the ICC control pro 9 c a bath of size S with 195 x 100 mm. Further variants with a stainless steel bath of size L are the ICC control pro 20 and, with basic circulator, the ICC basic pro 20 c.
