Between the compact and the large bath sits the ICC control pro 12 c (MPN 0010000417) with the IB 12 pro stainless steel bath of size M. The package contains the ICC control circulator, bath bridge, cover, pump connection set, cooling coil and a PT 100.30 temperature probe. With 2000 W heating power it works up to 150 °C. The opening at the bottom measures 255 x 127 mm.
Bath of size M in detail
The IB 12 pro is made of stainless steel. The opening at the bath bottom measures 255 x 127 mm, at the upper edge at most 292 x 147 mm. The immersion depth is 85 to 125 mm. The overall dimensions of the package are 354 x 461 x 388 mm. The CM.ICC is included as the cover.
The components besides the circulator
The scope of delivery includes the BL.ICC bath bridge, CM.ICC cover, PCS.ICC pump connection set, CC2 cooling coil and PT 100.30 temperature probe. The standalone unit ICC control under ident number 0004136600.
Working with the ICC control
The TFT display shows working and safety temperature, and the resolution is 0.01 K. According to DIN 12876 the circulator achieves a temperature stability of ±0.01 K. The setting accuracy of the set temperature is 0.1 K. A PT 100 measures the working temperature in the bath, a PT 100 can be operated at the connection for external probes, and the display indicates this mode. The circulator can be operated with external cooling down to -20 °C.
Pump and safety
The pressure/suction pump delivers a maximum of 18 l/min at 0 bar back pressure, the pump pressure is at most 0.3 bar and on the suction side 0.2 bar. The output is variable. The bath is protected by an adjustable safety circuit from 0 to 160 °C, a PT1000 safety probe, visual and audible warnings, an over-temperature warning and low and high level protection. Class III, marking FL.
Which bath size?
At 255 x 127 mm at the bottom, the bath of size M is larger than the bath of size S in the ICC control pro 9 c (195 x 100 mm). The ICC control pro 20 c has a bath of size L with 255 x 309 mm at the bottom. For the bath of size M with basic circulator there is the ICC basic pro 12 c.
