The ICC control pro 9 c (MPN 0008036300) combines the ICC control circulator with the IB 9 pro stainless steel bath of size S, the smallest bath among the pro 9 c, pro 12 c and pro 20 c packages. Its opening at the bottom measures 195 x 100 mm. The scope of delivery includes bath bridge, cover, pump connection set, cooling coil and the PT 100.30 temperature probe. The working range extends to 150 °C, and the heating power is 2000 W.
The bath of size S
The IB 9 pro stainless steel bath measures 195 x 100 mm at the bottom and at most 230 x 121 mm at the upper bath edge. The immersion depth is 85 to 125 mm. The overall dimensions of the package are 374 x 377 x 388 mm. CS.ICC cover and BS.ICC bath bridge are included.
Circulator and accessories in the package
The circulator is an ICC control with TFT display, and IKA lists the standalone unit ICC control under ident number 0004136600. Besides bath, bridge and cover, the PCS.ICC pump connection set, the CC2 cooling coil and the PT 100.30 probe are included. The probe can be operated at the connection for external temperature probes.
Measuring, controlling, displaying
Control is by PID. The temperature stability according to DIN 12876 is ±0.01 K with a display resolution of 0.01 K. Set temperatures can be specified with 0.1 K setting accuracy. Two probes, PT 100 and PT1000, measure working temperature and safety temperature. With external cooling the minimum operating temperature of the circulator is -20 °C.
Pump and protective functions
The pressure/suction pump has variable output and delivers up to 18 l/min at 0 bar back pressure. The safety circuit can be set between 0 and 160 °C. In addition there are visual and audible warnings, an over-temperature warning, low and high level protection and the classification DIN 12876 class III FL.
Size S compared
If you need more floor area, look at the ICC control pro 12 c (size M, 255 x 127 mm) or the ICC control pro 20 c (size L, 255 x 309 mm). Further variants with a stainless steel bath of size S are the ICC control pro 9 and the ICC basic pro 9 c.
