R 50 ‘high-speed’ stirring shaft:
The R 50 stirring shaft allows the T 50 disperser to be digitally converted into a high-speed stirrer. This configuration is recommended for applications requiring medium to high shear forces.
The dissolver disc on the mixing head, combined with the high speed, ensures rapid mixing, dissolution and deagglomeration. A safety guard is fitted around the mixing element to ensure operational safety. The R 1402 dissolver is included in the scope of delivery.
Alternatively, the mixing head can be converted to a propeller design using accessory R 1405 to accommodate low to medium viscosities with low shear.
