The “Easy Clean” principle: quick, clean, safe

The name says it all: the highlight of this disperser is its innovative “easy clean” technology. In combination with the appropriate dispersing tools (S 25 EC series), the instrument allows for cleaning without the need for time-consuming disassembly of the tool. Simply pulling the sleeve down allows the rotor to be cleaned or rinsed. Intelligent monitoring: Integrated temperature measurement

The T 25 easy clean control is more than just a motor. It features a patented, integrated temperature measurement system. When used with the S 25 EC-T-C-18G-ST dispersion tool (often included in the Solution package – please check the scope of delivery), the device continuously measures the medium temperature and displays it on the large, easy-to-read TFT display. You can even set temperature limits: if a critical temperature is reached, the unit stops automatically or alerts the user. This is an invaluable advantage when working with temperature-sensitive samples, which must not overheat due to the energy input during dispersion.

Brushless DC motor: quiet, dust-free and low-maintenance

Inside, a state-of-the-art brushless DC motor is at work. This type of drive offers key advantages for the laboratory environment: it operates extremely quietly, which significantly reduces the noise level in the laboratory. Furthermore, there is no carbon wear (as with conventional motors), making the device ideal for use in cleanrooms or dust-free environments. Consistent performance is guaranteed across the entire speed range; even when viscosity changes during the process, the electronics adjust in a flash.

Full control and documentation

The modern TFT display offers intuitive menu navigation. In addition to temperature monitoring, a timer function for time-controlled processes and a USB interface are available. The interface allows the device to be connected to the labworldsoft ® laboratory software to remotely control test sequences and document all parameters comprehensively. The device also recognises compatible tools and reads their operating hours – for optimal maintenance management.
