The T 25 easy clean digital Solution combines the T 25 easy clean digital drive unit with a matching dispersing tool, a stand and a cross-coupling to form a ready-to-use set. If you do not yet own an easy-clean tool, there is no need to search for one in the extensive S-25 range; the set is ready for use straight out of the box.

What’s in the set

In addition to the drive unit (ID No. 0025002560), the set includes an S 25 EC - C dispersing tool - 25 G (ID No. 0020108997), an R 1826 plate stand (ID No. 0003160100) and an R 182 cross-coupling (ID No. 0002657700). Unlike the T 25 easy clean digital ULTRA-TURRAX, which is available separately, there is no need to select the tool and stand mount individually; the set is fully equipped for stationary use on a stand. Should requirements later exceed the supplied 25-millimetre tool size, further easy-clean tools in other diameters and designs are available from the range of accessories.

Cleaning without dismantling

The tool supplied is part of the easy-clean range and can be opened for cleaning without having to completely dismantle the rotor-stator unit. For industries with high hygiene and compliance requirements, such as the chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or agricultural sectors, this reduces the time between two batches and simplifies the documentation of cleaning procedures.

Drive and operation

The brushless DC motor delivers 500 watts of input power and 400 watts of output power; the speed can be continuously adjusted between 3,000 and 25,000 revolutions per minute via an LED display. A timer with its own LED display handles recurring process times, whilst a micro-USB interface connects the set to labworldsoft, allowing parameters to be documented on the computer.

Electrical connection

When connected to the mains, the set operates at 220 to 240 volts with a power consumption of 500 watts; for locations outside Europe, a version rated at 100 to 120 volts is available on request. The maximum duty cycle is 100 per cent; the housing is protected against dust and coarse foreign bodies in accordance with IP 30 (DIN EN 60529); the permissible ambient temperature ranges from 5 to 40 degrees Celsius at a maximum relative humidity of 80 per cent.

Documentation and certificates

The Downloads page does not contain a separate EU Declaration of Conformity for this set, but it does include a dedicated data sheet and additional technical information on the tool supplied. The operating instructions are shared with the ‘digital’ and ‘control’ variants of the T-25 easy-clean series and are available in 14 languages.

For more compact applications with Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, the technically independent T 25 mini control Solution is available; it operates at lower power and with smaller volumes than the easy-clean series. If you only need the drive unit without the set accessories, it is available as the T 25 easy clean digital ULTRA-TURRAX.
