The T 25 mini control Solution combines the network-ready, temperature-monitoring T 25 mini control drive unit with a matching dispersing tool and stand to form a ready-to-use set, designed for anyone who wants to get started without having to select separate accessories.

What’s included in the set

In addition to the drive unit, the set includes the S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G with an integrated temperature sensor (ID No. 0020108998), an R 1826 plate stand (ID No. 0003160100) and an R 182 cross-sleeve (ID No. 0002657700). This allows the temperature measurement function of the drive unit to be used directly on the supplied tool, without the need to purchase a separate measuring tool.

Temperature monitoring and networking as in the standalone unit

Technically, the drive unit corresponds to the T 25 mini control ULTRA-TURRAX, which is available separately: a brushless motor with a power input of 210 watts and a power output of 160 watts, continuously variable speed between 600 and 25,000 revolutions per minute, plus temperature measurement from 0 to 125 degrees Celsius with a resolution of 0.1 Kelvin and a measurement accuracy of ±1 Kelvin. USB-C, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, WPAN and RS232 are available for connection to laboratory systems.

Compact on a stand, for batches up to 1.5 litres

The drive unit measures 66 x 186 x 100 millimetres and weighs 1.8 kilograms; the processable volume ranges from 0.001 to 1.5 litres (H₂O) at a maximum viscosity of 2,000 mPas. When mounted on the supplied plate stand, the set is suitable for longer, unattended runs using a timer, without the need to purchase an additional stand separately.

Add a tool with a temperature sensor if required

If a single tool with a temperature sensor is not sufficient for several parallel runs, the identical S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G ST variant is available as an additional purchase option. This allows temperature measurement to be utilised even when a second tool is being cleaned or autoclaved between two batches, whilst the first is already back in use.

For hygiene-sensitive and automated applications

The brushless motor operates without carbon brushes and can be easily cleaned between batches. In combination with the temperature measurement on the supplied tool and the network interfaces for connection to higher-level systems, the set is suitable for compact applications requiring automation, where heat-sensitive samples and high hygiene standards are combined.

Those who do not require temperature measurement or networking will find the T 25 easy clean control Solution to be a more powerful set, featuring 500 watts and a larger drive unit. For simpler applications without control functions or temperature measurement, the T-18 series with the T 18 brushless digital Solution is the more cost-effective alternative.
