The T 25 easy clean control Solution combines the T 25 easy clean control temperature-measuring drive unit with a suitable tool, stand and cross-joint to form a ready-to-use set. Anyone who needs to disperse heat-sensitive samples whilst monitoring the temperature will find this a fully equipped package, without having to assemble the tool and stand separately.

Tool with temperature sensor included in the set

In addition to the drive unit (ID No. 0025002500), the set includes the S 25 EC - T - C - 25 G with temperature probe (ID No. 0020108999), an R 1826 plate stand (ID No. 0003160100) and an R 182 cross-sleeve (ID No. 0002657700). Compared to the T 25 easy clean digital Solution, the supplied tool additionally measures the sample temperature between 0 and 125 degrees Celsius with an accuracy of ±1 Kelvin. Should requirements exceed the supplied 25-millimetre size, further temperature-measuring tools with a diameter of 18 millimetres, as well as flat versions, are available from the range of accessories.

RFID tool recognition and maintenance documentation

The tool records its operating hours via RFID; the drive unit reads this data, thereby facilitating the planning of regular maintenance. Continuous temperature monitoring with an adjustable limit protects the sample from overheating without the need for manual monitoring during dispersion. All tools in the S-25 series are compatible with the drive unit, meaning that, if required, the set can also be used with a tool without a temperature sensor for standard dispersion tasks.

Cleaning without dismantling

The supplied easy-clean tool can be opened for cleaning without having to completely dismantle the rotor-stator unit. Combined with the brushless DC motor, which operates at 70 dB(A) without an attachment fitted, the set is suitable for sectors with high hygiene and compliance requirements, such as the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and agricultural industries, particularly for heat-sensitive products requiring automation and documentation. When connected to the mains, the set operates at 220 to 240 volts with a power consumption of 500 watts; for locations outside Europe, a version operating at 100 to 120 volts is available on request.

Unlike the individual unit, there is no separate EU Declaration of Conformity for this set available on the downloads page; however, the filename of the data sheet clearly confirms the set’s designation.
