The IKA T 25 mini control ULTRA-TURRAX ® (MPN 0025006650) redefines what a compact laboratory disperser can achieve. It combines the space-saving design of the “Mini” series with the high-end features of the larger “Control” units. With a working range of 1 ml to 2,000 ml (H₂O), it is the most powerful compact disperser in its class. It is perfectly suited to laboratories with limited space that nevertheless require full process monitoring, temperature control and documentation.

Integrated thermometer for temperature-sensitive samples

The highlight of this model is the patented integrated temperature sensor. When used with a suitable dispersing tool (with an integrated sensor), the instrument displays the temperature of the medium directly on the large, easy-to-read TFT display. This is a crucial advantage when processing thermolabile samples: you can set limit values; if these are exceeded, the instrument will issue a warning or stop to protect the sample from overheating due to the energy input.

Smart operation and brushless drive

The built-in brushless DC motor not only guarantees whisper-quiet and completely dust-free operation (important for cleanrooms), but is also maintenance-free. The TFT display enables intuitive menu navigation. You can use timer functions, monitor speeds precisely and read error codes in plain text.

Connectivity for Laboratory 4.0

The T 25 mini control can be seamlessly integrated into your digital laboratory environment via the modern USB-C interface. Control test series remotely or automatically document speed and temperature profiles using the labworldsoft software ®.

Compatibility and performance

Despite its compact size, the motor delivers sufficient torque for viscosities up to 5,000 mPas. The unit is compatible with the S 25 series dispersing tools. (Note: Special tools with an integrated sensor are required for temperature measurement; standard tools operate without a temperature display).
