Universal single-use dispersion system with maximum power

The IKA ULTRA-TURRAX Tube Drive P control workstation is the high-end system for dispersing, stirring and grinding in sealed single-use vessels. The ‘P’ stands for ‘Power’: with a reinforced motor capable of speeds ranging from 400 to 8,000 rpm, this unit processes even demanding samples with ease. The hermetically sealed tube system reliably prevents cross-contamination and protects the user from aerosols, making it the first choice for infectious, toxic or strongly odourous materials.

Intelligent control and documentation

Unlike the standard version, the “control” variant offers comprehensive digital functions for reproducible processes. The easy-to-read OLED display allows you to navigate through a multilingual menu, where you can programme test conditions (time, energy, volume) and save them to a library. The integrated USB interface enables seamless control and documentation of your tests on a PC – essential for quality-critical analyses and GLP-compliant work.

Special functions for optimal results

To perfect homogenisation and grinding results, the unit features a turbo button for short bursts of intensive operation, as well as an adjustable direction reversal function (reverse mode). The latter prevents the ground material from becoming stuck and significantly improves mixing. The workstation version is supplied as a ‘ready-to-use’ package and already includes a selection of different tubes (stirring, dispersing and grinding vessels), so you can get started straight away without needing any separate accessories.
