Memmert Pass-Through Oven UF750TS, 749 l, +20 to +250 °C, TwinDISPLAY

With 749 litres, the Memmert Pass-Through Oven UF750TS is the largest model of the TS series in the LT Laborhandel range, and the even larger UF1250TS is available on request. Two fully insulated stainless steel doors provide the airlock function between the grey area and the clean room, and TwinDISPLAY controls the range +20 to +250 °C.

Design: 749 litres and up to 14 shelves

The interior measures 1,040 x 1,200 x 600 mm and the housing externally 1,224 x 1,714 x 782 mm plus the door handles. 2 electropolished stainless steel grid shelves are included as standard, and the cabinet is designed for up to 14 shelves with up to 30 kg each and up to 300 kg total load. The net weight is around 260 kg, and packed in the carton (1,330 x 1,920 x 1,050 mm) around 331 kg.

Control: TwinDISPLAY for the largest TS size

The ControlCOCKPIT controller with TwinDISPLAY and two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays also handles process control on the largest TS model. HeatBALANCE allows the distribution of the heating power between the upper and lower heating group to be fine-tuned in a range from -50 to +50 per cent. SetpointWAIT ensures that the set process time runs only once the setpoint temperature in the interior has actually been reached. The segment-specifically controllable air turbine works quietly in 10 per cent steps, and programmes can be created and transferred via Ethernet or USB with AtmoCONTROL. A setting accuracy of 0.1 °C up to a setpoint temperature of 99.9 °C and 0.5 °C from 100 °C is achieved.

Electrical connection with three-phase current

A three-phase connection with 400 V and 3 x 230 V without neutral conductor is provided for operating the UF750TS, and the connected load is approx. 5,000 W, 50/60 Hz. At the installation site, a maximum altitude of 2,000 m above sea level, an ambient temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C and a relative humidity of at most 80 % without condensation must be observed. The cabinet may only be transported upright.

Safety under DIN 12880

Process reliability is based on two Pt100 sensors of DIN class A, which monitor each other in 4-wire measurement and automatically take over the function of the other in the event of a fault. In addition, a mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 under DIN 12880 limits the heating around 20 °C above the maximum cabinet temperature, while AutoSAFETY continuously monitors over- and under-temperature and triggers an alarm on deviation. A self-diagnosis system makes fault finding easier, and optical and acoustic signals indicate faults immediately.

Choosing: UF450TS, UF750TS or UF1250TS on request

If the capacity of the smaller Memmert Pass-Through Oven UF450TS with 8 shelves is no longer sufficient, the UF750TS with 749 litres and up to 14 shelves offers more space, at the same load of 30 kg per shelf and 300 kg in total. For even larger volumes, Memmert offers the UF1250TS with 1,248 litres, and this model is currently not listed at LT Laborhandel and is available on request. Without an airlock function and with access from one side, the likewise 749 litre Memmert Universal Oven UF750plus is an option, and its temperature range extends to +300 °C.

Typical applications

With 14 shelves and 749 litres, the UF750TS is designed for the direct transport of load material and samples between the grey area and the clean room.

For the UF750TS, options available include a full-view glass door with 4-layer insulating glazing up to 250 °C, a door interlock for alternating opening, an additional Pt100 sensor and a fan speed monitor.
