With the IKA S 25 EC - C - 25 G, cleaning begins with the clamp. Once it has been turned and lowered, the shaft and rotor can be pulled out of the housing, and the shaft tube can also be flushed through completely from the inside. This is the ‘easy-clean’ design.
The tool at a glance

The working range is 0.05 to 2 l, the immersion depth 35 to 150 millimetres, and the installation length 191 millimetres. At 25,000 rpm, the rotor reaches a circumferential speed of 22.2 metres per second. IKA specifies a final particle size of 15 to 50 micrometres for suspensions and 1 to 10 micrometres for emulsions.
Materials and Limitations
The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L and ceramic. The unit is suitable for solvents and abrasive substances, with a pH range of 2 to 13. The maximum operating temperature is 180 degrees Celsius, and it can be sterilised using any method. It weighs 0.4 kilograms.
Compatibility
IKA expressly points out that the S 25 EC - C - 25 G is only compatible with the T 25 easy clean digital and control dispersers. The T 25 easy clean digital Solution set is also suitable.
