The T 10 battery Complete Solution complements the battery-powered T 10 battery ULTRA-TURRAX disperser by providing the equipment required for stationary operation on a laboratory bench. In addition to the dispersing tool, a cross-sleeve and a stand are included so that the unit can be secured in place during use.

What else is included in the Complete Set

The drive unit and the S 10 N - 5 G dispersing tool are complemented by an H 44 cross-sleeve and an R 104 stand. This allows the disperser to be secured to the stand, keeping it in position during longer process steps without the need for someone to hold it in place continuously. For batch work on the laboratory bench, this is a significant improvement over manual operation alone.

Same drive unit as the stand-alone model

The technical specifications of the drive unit correspond to those of the separately available T 10 battery ULTRA-TURRAX: Continuously variable speed from 8,000 to 30,000 revolutions per minute, processable volume from 0.5 to 100 millilitres (H₂O), battery with 10.8 volts and 34.56 watt-hours of energy capacity, rechargeable via USB-C cable or charging clip.

Stand for stationary operation

The R 104 stand, together with the H 44 cross-sleeve, holds the disperser in a fixed position above the vessel. This reduces strain on the hand when processing multiple samples in succession and ensures a more consistent immersion depth of the tool from sample to sample.

Documentation for all set components

The set includes separate operating instructions for the stand, cross-sleeve and dispersing tool, in addition to the multilingual instructions for the drive unit itself. Anyone requiring multiple language versions during operation can access the relevant documents without having to make a separate enquiry.

Change the tool size as required

The supplied S 10 N - 5 G tool covers a diameter of 5 millimetres. For larger or smaller sample quantities, a different tool from the same T-10 series – for example, with a diameter of 8 or 10 millimetres – can be attached via the quick-release coupling without having to change the stand or drive unit. The stand itself remains in place; only the tool head is changed.

If you mainly work in a stationary setting and value having a stand and clamp, the Complete Solution is the right choice for you. For mobile use without a stand, the slimmer T 10 battery Portable Solution is sufficient. For tissue samples requiring sterile, single-use instruments, the T 10 battery Tissue Safe Solution is more suitable. If you only need the drive unit without accessories, order the T 10 battery ULTRA-TURRAX separately or, for mains operation, opt for the T 10 basic ULTRA-TURRAX.
