MultiDrive control BT Package
: Disintegration without cross-contamination – this is achieved with the MultiDrive control Package, which includes autoclavable BT 250 single-use vessels and the required TC 1 protective housing for wet samples.

The BT 250 is a single-use vessel featuring a 4-blade agitator and flow breakers. The plastic mixing beaker is autoclavable. This effectively prevents cross-contamination, even with repeated use. An integrated RFID chip simultaneously records and limits the service life of the mixing beaker. The scope of delivery includes 5 replacement seals. Replacing the seal extends the service life of the mixing vessel. The disposable vessel can only be operated with the TC 1 protective housing, which is also included in the scope of delivery.

Thanks to a wide range of vessels, the MultiDrive control universal shredder handles a wide variety of shredding tasks,
from pre-shredding to fine shredding. A USB interface is provided for convenient control and documentation.

High
performance: Combined with a variable speed range of 3,000 rpm to
20,000 rpm, the 1,000-watt power output guarantees excellent
grinding performance.

Interval
operation: The interval programming function can be easily
activated at the touch of a button. Interval operation is particularly advantageous for the pre-shredding of hard samples or for extra-thorough mixing

Integrated cooling
A cooling system is integrated into the grinding jar, enabling indirect heat dissipation
. This ensures that the ground material and the coolant remain
separate.

operation.

Temperature measurement
MultiDrive control offers temperature measurement and
vessel recognition via RFID. A temperature limit can be set for
temperature-sensitive materials or specific intended
reactions to protect against overheating.

Weighing function
The weighing function is also
integrated into the convenient workflow of the IKA MultiDrive control. Weighing prior to grinding is
carried out using the same mixing beaker, so that no decanting
is required.
