With a capacity of 749 litres, the IN750plus is the largest model in the IN-plus series; it is mounted on castors that can be locked in place and, with external dimensions of 1,224 x 1,720 x 784 mm, weighs around 217 kilograms. The interior can accommodate up to 14 shelves; with a width and depth of 1,040 x 600 mm, it has the same footprint as the IN450plus, but is significantly taller, with an internal height of 1,200 mm. Control is via a ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY with two Pt100 sensors in the range +20 to +80 °C.
Largest cabinet in the IN-plus series
An electronically adjustable exhaust air damper mixes in preheated fresh air, whilst the exhaust air outlet with a throttle valve is electronically controllable. The interior features deep-drawn ribbing with 4-sided all-round heating, whilst the casing has a fully galvanised sheet steel rear panel. A unit of the same size featuring forced air circulation instead of natural convection can be found in the IF-plus series.
Control via two TFT displays
Two TFT colour graphic displays show the values from the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY, fed by two DIN Class A Pt100 sensors in a 4-wire configuration, which act as backups for one another in the event of a fault. HeatBALANCE distributes the heating power between the upper and lower heating groups within a range of -50 to +50 %; programmes can be programmed and transferred via Ethernet or USB using AtmoCONTROL.
Safety and transport instructions
The unit must only be transported in an upright position. The safety equipment comprises a mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880, which switches off at approximately 20 °C above the maximum cabinet temperature, a selectable adjustable temperature monitor of protection class 3.1 or an adjustable temperature limiter of protection class 2, as well as AutoSAFETY with a visual and audible alarm in the event of a deviation from the setpoint. The permanently installed sterilisation programme sterilises the interior in 4 hours at 160 °C; the contents are excluded from this process.
Selection guide for the right size
With 14 shelves, the IN750plus offers more shelf positions than any other model in the series. If the IN450plus, with its 449-litre capacity and eight shelves, is no longer sufficient, the IN750plus is the largest and, at the same time, the final model in the IN-plus series.
Typical applications
As the largest model in the series, the IN750plus incubates and temperature-controls large-volume batches between +20 and +80 °C, including in research applications.
