The IN75plus has a capacity of 74 litres and sits in the IN-plus series between the smaller IN55plus and the larger IN110plus. Two Pt100 sensors monitor each other, whilst HeatBALANCE adjusts the distribution of heating power between the upper and lower heating groups. Control is via a ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY within the range of +20 to +80 °C.
Design and air flow
An electronically adjustable exhaust air damper mixes in preheated fresh air; the exhaust air outlet with a throttle valve is electronically controllable. The interior features deep-drawn ribbing with 4-sided all-round heating; the casing has a fully galvanised sheet steel rear panel. Unlike the IF-plus series, which operates with recirculated air, the IN75plus does not require a fan wheel inside the unit.
Control via the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY
Two DIN Class A Pt100 sensors in a 4-wire configuration take over each other’s function in the event of a fault, controlled via the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY with two TFT colour graphic displays. HeatBALANCE adjusts the heat output distribution from -50 to +50 per cent; programmes are managed and transferred via Ethernet or USB using AtmoCONTROL.
Safety and sterilisation programme
A mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 in accordance with DIN 12880 switches off the heating when the temperature reaches approximately 20 °C above the maximum cabinet temperature. Additionally, a temperature selector monitor (Protection Class 3.1) or an adjustable temperature limiter (Protection Class 2) can be selected; AutoSAFETY signals deviations from the setpoint visually and acoustically. A pre-programmed sterilisation cycle (4 hours at 160 °C) sterilises the interior of the cabinet, not the contents.
Selection guide for the right size
With a capacity of 74 litres, the IN75plus sits between the IN55plus and the larger IN110plus, which has a capacity of 108 litres. The IN110plus accommodates a maximum of five trays, one fewer than the IN75plus, which holds six; both come with two wire racks as standard. If you need more trays, the size chart below lists the IN160plus, which has a capacity of 161 litres and accommodates up to eight trays.
