Memmert Peltier Cooled Incubator IPP750ecoplus, 749 l, 0 to +70 °C, TwinDISPLAY

With 749 litres and an external width of 1,224 mm, the IPP750ecoplus is considerably wider than the IPP410ecoplus and has fully insulated stainless steel doors with inner glass doors. With its volume, the Memmert Peltier Cooled Incubator IPP750ecoplus is suitable for cultivation below room temperature on a larger scale, adjustable between 0 and plus 70 degrees Celsius. Unlike the IPP260ecoplus and the IPP410ecoplus, it works without AutoSAFETY and HeatBALANCE and relies on an adjustable electronic temperature monitor with mechanical temperature limiter TB.

Safety concept without AutoSAFETY

The two Pt100 sensors of DIN class A quality continue to monitor each other and automatically take over the function of the other in case of failure. For over-temperature protection, the IPP750ecoplus relies on an adjustable electronic temperature monitor in combination with a mechanical temperature limiter TB, instead of the AutoSAFETY function of the smaller ecoplus models. A self-diagnosis system assists with fault finding.

Mobility and capacity

The cabinet is designed to be moved and locked in place on castors and has up to 14 shelves with a total load of 200 kilograms, a maximum of 30 kilograms per shelf. With option K1, the interior is supplied on ordering with support rails for reinforced stainless steel grid shelves or perforated trays that can bear up to 60 kilograms, although the maximum load per unit must still be observed. 2 electropolished stainless steel grid shelves are included in the scope of delivery as standard.

Choosing the right size

If you need the redundant AutoSAFETY protection of the smaller sizes but do not need 749 litres of volume, the IPP410ecoplus is better suited. If more capacity is needed, the way leads to the IPP1060ecoplus, which offers more interior space with the same safety concept and the same external width, with an external depth of 1,005 mm.

Typical applications

The IPP750ecoplus is designed for cultivation below room temperature and can be set across the entire range of 0 to +70 °C:

• Cultivation of samples and cultures down to at least 20 °C below room temperature
• Incubation of larger quantities on up to 14 shelves with a load capacity of 30 kg each
• Heavier loading with reinforced grid shelves or perforated trays up to 60 kg in combination with option K1
• Time-controlled temperature programs with SetpointWAIT and timer up to 99 days, programmed via AtmoCONTROL

The IPP-ecoplus series covers seven chamber sizes, all with TwinDISPLAY and the same setting temperature range of 0 to +70 °C.

The same chamber size is also available in the SingleDISPLAY line as the IPP750eco, without TwinDISPLAY redundancy and without the TwinDISPLAY-exclusive options.
