With 749 litres of internal volume and up to 14 shelves, the Memmert universal oven UN750m is the largest model of the UN-m series, and the housing is mobile and lockable on castors. As a Class I medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745, it is used for heating and keeping warm fango, silicate and APS packs in physiotherapy, and two stainless steel grid shelves are included as standard.

Safety
Above around 20 °C over the maximum cabinet temperature, a mechanical temperature limiter TB of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 disconnects the heating, and an adjustable electronic temperature monitoring runs in parallel. A self-diagnosis system helps with fault finding, and the interior is made of easy-care stainless steel stiffened by deep-drawn ribbing.
Load and connection
Up to 14 shelves carry 300 kg together, at 30 kg per shelf. The UN750m is connected at 400 V and 3 x 230 V without neutral conductor, 50/60 Hz, at approx. 7,000 W. The internal dimensions are 1,040 x 1,200 x 600 mm, the external dimensions 1,224 x 1,720 x 784 mm. The net weight is around 217 kg, and packed around 288 kg, with packaging dimensions of 1,330 x 1,910 x 1,050 mm.
Distinction from the laboratory oven
Without a medical intended purpose, we offer the Memmert universal oven UN750 for laboratory and industry. Within the medical device line, the UN750m is also available as the UN750mplus with two displays for control.
Choosing a model
The UN750m is the largest model of the UN-m series. If 449 litres and a lower housing are sufficient, the UN450m, which also has a mobile housing but eight instead of 14 shelves, is the smaller alternative.
