The Memmert universal oven UN110m holds 108 litres with an internal width of 560 mm and is one of the mid-sized models in the UN-m series. As a Class I medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745, it is intended for the heating and keeping warm of fango, silicate and APS packs in physiotherapy, and two stainless steel grid shelves are included as standard.
Functions and air flow
The digital countdown timer can be set from 1 minute to 99 days, and with SetpointWAIT the process time only begins once the setpoint temperature has been reached. Natural convection without a forced air circulation fan characterises the UN110m, an electronically adjustable exhaust air flap supplies preheated fresh air, and a throttle flap regulates at the exhaust air port. The data logger can be read out via Ethernet.
Safety and control
The equipment includes a Pt100 sensor of DIN class A with 4-wire measurement and a setting accuracy of 0.1 °C below and 0.5 °C above 100 °C, as well as a mechanical temperature limiter TB of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880, which disconnects the heating around 20 °C above the maximum cabinet temperature. Adjustable electronic temperature monitoring and a self-diagnosis system for troubleshooting round off the equipment.
Loading and connection
The permissible total load is 175 kg at 20 kg per shelf, and up to five shelves fit inside. Connection is at 230 V with approx. 2,800 W or at 115 V with approx. 1,800 W, in each case 50/60 Hz. The internal dimensions are 560 x 560 x 480 mm, the net weight is around 74 kg and the packed weight around 99 kg, with packaging dimensions of 830 x 1,050 x 800 mm.

Without a medical intended purpose, we offer the Memmert universal oven UN110 for laboratories and industry in the same chamber size. Within the medical device line, the UN110m is also available as the UN110mplus with two displays for control.
Selection guide
The next smaller UN75m offers 74 litres with six shelves and a 120 kg total load, and the next larger UN160m reaches 161 litres, eight shelves and a 210 kg total load.
