With 749 litres of interior and up to 14 shelves, the Memmert UN750plus universal oven is the largest model of the UN-plus series. The unit stands on castors that can be moved and locked and is connected with 400 V and 3 x 230 V at approx. 7,000 W. The net weight is around 217 kg.
Interior for extensive batches
The interior measures 1,040 x 1,200 x 600 mm, and the housing measures 1,224 x 1,720 x 784 mm externally plus 56 mm for the door handle. The fully insulated stainless steel doors close via 2-point locking with a compression door seal, and two stainless steel grid shelves are included in the scope of delivery. A total load of up to 300 kg is permitted in all, with a maximum of 30 kg per shelf.
ControlCOCKPIT and documentation
Two DIN class A Pt100 sensors monitor each other in 4-wire measurement and automatically take over the function of the other in the event of a fault. The setting accuracy of the TwinDISPLAY is 0.1 °C up to a setpoint temperature of 99.9 °C and 0.5 °C above that. SetpointWAIT lets the process time start only after the setpoint temperature has been reached, and a digital countdown timer covers target times from 1 minute to 99 days. AtmoCONTROL manages the programmes via Ethernet or USB, and the sequence is retained in the event of a power failure.
Safety technology with high loads
A mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 switches off the heating approx. 20 °C above the maximum oven temperature, and an adjustable temperature monitor of protection class 3.1 or an adjustable temperature limiter of protection class 2 can additionally be selected on the display. AutoSAFETY automatically follows the setpoint at a freely selectable distance and reports deviations visually and audibly, and HeatBALANCE redistributes the heating power between the upper and lower heating group by -50 to +50 per cent.
Guide to choosing the right size
If the interior of 1,040 x 1,200 x 600 mm is not fully utilised or eight instead of 14 shelves are sufficient, the UN450plus with 449 litres offers the same control technology in a more compact housing, see the size table below. For the largest batches and the most shelves within the series, the UN750plus remains the choice.

For the UN750plus, a nearly gas-tight interior, interior lighting with socket and MobileALERT for alerting by SMS in the event of fault and alarm messages, among other things, can be ordered from the factory, as well as a full-view glass door and side or rear feed-throughs. Additional and reinforced grid shelves, perforated trays, drip trays and an installation frame are available as accessories. We arrange factory and DAkkS calibration, IQ/OQ documentation according to DIN 12880:2007-05 and on-site maintenance contracts on request. For individual requirements, we will advise you personally.
