With 32 litres of interior, the Memmert UN30plus universal oven is the smallest model of the UN-plus series and works without an air turbine, with natural convection alone. The external dimensions are 585 x 704 x 434 mm plus 56 mm for the door handle, and the setting temperature range extends from +20 to +300 °C. Two DIN class A Pt100 sensors monitor each other in 4-wire measurement and automatically take over the function of the other in the event of a fault.
Interior and air routing without a fan
The interior measures 400 x 320 x 250 mm, is deep-drawn ribbed and has protected, integrated 4-sided all-round heating. An electronically adjustable exhaust air flap admixes preheated fresh air, and the exhaust air outlet with throttle valve can likewise be controlled electronically. One stainless steel grid shelf, electropolished, is part of the standard equipment, and up to three shelves are possible. A total load of 60 kg is permitted with a maximum of 20 kg per shelf, and the housing has a fully galvanised sheet steel rear wall.
Control with TwinDISPLAY
The UN30plus is controlled via the ControlCOCKPIT with two TFT colour graphic displays, and the setting accuracy is 0.1 °C up to a setpoint temperature of 99.9 °C and 0.5 °C from 100 °C. The SetpointWAIT function starts the process time only when the setpoint temperature has actually been reached, and a digital countdown timer covers target times from 1 minute to 99 days. Three freely selectable temperature values can be calibrated, and a self-diagnosis system supports fault finding. Programming and documentation are done via the Ethernet interface or USB port with the AtmoCONTROL software, and the programme sequence is retained in the event of a power failure.
Safety technology
A mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 switches off the heating at about 20 °C above the maximum oven temperature, and an adjustable temperature monitor of protection class 3.1 or an adjustable temperature limiter of protection class 2 can additionally be selected on the display. AutoSAFETY automatically follows the setpoint at a freely selectable distance and triggers a visual and audible alarm in the event of deviation. Unlike the larger models of the series, the UN30plus has no HeatBALANCE function for heating power distribution, but the redundant sensors and AutoSAFETY are already fitted as standard even in this smallest size.

For the UN30plus, the 115 V voltage variant, temperature throttling, a full-view glass door, interior lighting and socket and a nearly gas-tight interior, among other things, can be ordered from the factory. Suitable accessories include additional grid shelves and perforated trays, drip trays, a wall bracket, a USB Ethernet adapter and a stacking kit. For qualification, we arrange factory, on-site and DAkkS calibrations, IQ/OQ documentation according to DIN 12880:2007-05 and a short training course. For individual requirements, we will advise you personally.
