With 1,060 litres, the Memmert UF1060plus universal oven is the largest model of the UF-plus series and stands on castors that can be moved and locked in the laboratory or in production. It accommodates up to 14 shelves with up to 60 kg each and is connected via three-phase current with approx. 7,000 W.
Mobile housing for the largest chamber of the series
The housing of the UF1060plus can be moved and locked and stands on castors, and the interior measures 1,040 x 1,200 x 850 mm. Two stainless steel grid shelves are part of the standard equipment, expandable to up to 14 shelves with a maximum of 60 kg each, and a total load of 300 kg is permitted in all. The unit may only be transported in an upright position.
Control with HeatBALANCE
Even with 1,060 litres of chamber volume, the temperature measurement remains redundant: two DIN class A Pt100 sensors in 4-wire technology monitor each other, and control is via the ControlCOCKPIT TwinDISPLAY with two TFT colour graphic displays. With HeatBALANCE, the heating power between the upper and lower heating group can be shifted by -50 to +50 per cent. Programming is via Ethernet or USB with AtmoCONTROL.
Temperature monitoring and safety
The mechanical temperature limitation of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 takes effect at about 20 °C above the maximum oven temperature. In addition, an adjustable temperature monitor (protection class 3.1) or an adjustable temperature limiter (protection class 2) can be selected on the display, and AutoSAFETY automatically follows the setpoint at a freely selectable distance, triggers a visual and audible alarm when the temperature is exceeded or fallen short of and switches off the heating when it is exceeded. A permissible ambient temperature of +5 °C to +40 °C applies at a maximum of 80 % relative humidity.
Guide to choosing the right size
The UF1060plus is the largest model of the series, and there is no larger size. If less chamber volume is needed, the UF750plus with 749 litres is the next smaller size, see the size table below.

For the UF1060plus, a full-view glass door, interior lighting and socket, a programmable door lock and door-open detection, among other things, can be ordered from the factory.
