With 749 litres of internal volume and up to 14 possible shelves, the Memmert universal oven UF750m is one of the large, mobile models of the UF-m series. The interior measures 1,040 x 1,200 x 600 mm, and the housing stands mobile and lockable on castors. As a Class I medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745, the UF750m too is intended exclusively for heating and keeping warm fango, silicate and APS packs, controlled via the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY.
Air routing, connection and safety in the UF750m
The 749 litre interior holds up to 14 shelves with up to 30 kg each, at a permissible total load of 300 kg. An air turbine with electronic control in 10 % steps and an exhaust air flap for preheated fresh air distribute the heat there. Like the UF450m, the UF750m is operated at 400 V three-phase and 3 x 230 V without neutral conductor, at around 7,000 watts power consumption. The ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY controls the temperature between 20 and 300 °C with a setting accuracy of 0.1 or 0.5 °C, plus forced air circulation and programme run time, and saves the sequence in the event of a power failure. A DIN 12880 temperature limiter of protection class 1 and a self-diagnosis system complement the electronic temperature monitoring.
Choosing within the UF-m series
The housing measures 1,224 x 1,720 x 784 mm, plus 56 mm in depth for the door handle, and the net weight is around 217 kg. At the installation site, a distance of at least 15 cm to the wall and at least 5 cm at the sides must be kept. Compared with the UF450m it offers 749 instead of 449 litres and up to 14 instead of 8 shelves, with the same total load of 300 kg. If even that is not enough, the UF1060m is the largest model of the series. The sister model UF750mplus is available for two redundant sensors and two displays. As a laboratory device without classification as a medical device, there is the Memmert universal oven UF750.
