The Memmert universal oven UF75m has 74 litres of internal volume and is supplied with 2 grid shelves as standard. Like all models in the UF-m series, it is a Class I medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745, intended exclusively for the heating and keeping warm of fango, silicate and APS packs in physiotherapy, controlled via the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY.
ControlCOCKPIT, air turbine and safety technology in the UF75m
The interior takes up to 6 shelves, and the connected load is around 2,500 watts at 230 V and around 1,800 watts at 115 V. Heat is distributed by an electronically controllable air turbine in the 74-litre interior, and an exhaust air flap admixes preheated fresh air. Settings are made via the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY: temperature between 20 and 300 °C with a setting accuracy of 0.1 or 0.5 °C respectively, plus forced air circulation speed, exhaust air flap position and a countdown timer for process times from 1 minute to 99 days. SetpointWAIT delays the start of the process time until the moment the setpoint temperature has actually been reached. A mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 and a self-diagnosis system round off the safety equipment.
Selection guide within the UF-m series
The housing measures 585 x 944 x 514 mm, plus 56 mm in depth for the door handle, and the net weight is around 66 kg. At the installation site, a distance of at least 15 cm from the wall and at least 5 cm at the sides must be observed. The shelves each carry up to 20 kg, and the unit as a whole up to 120 kg. More volume is offered by the UF110m with 108 litres, and one size smaller is the UF55m with 53 litres. With two redundant sensors and two displays, the sister model UF75mplus is available, and as a laboratory unit without classification as a medical device there is the Memmert universal oven UF75.
