Memmert universal oven UF30m, 32 l, +20 to +300 °C, SingleDISPLAY

The Memmert universal oven UF30m is the smallest model in the UF-m series for physiotherapy: 32 litres of internal volume, one grid shelf as standard and room for up to 3 shelves. As a Class I medical device under Regulation (EU) 2017/745, it is intended exclusively for heating and keeping warm fango, silicate and APS packs, controlled via a ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY with one Pt100 temperature sensor.

Technology: air turbine, ControlCOCKPIT and DIN 12880

An air turbine that is electronically adjustable in 10 % steps distributes the heat in the 32 litre interior, supplemented by an electronically adjustable exhaust air flap for pre-heated fresh air. The setting temperature range extends from 20 to 300 °C, with a setting accuracy of 0.1 °C up to 99.9 °C and 0.5 °C from 100 °C, measured via a Pt100 sensor of DIN class A. The oven is operated via the ControlCOCKPIT SingleDISPLAY: a PID microprocessor controller with a TFT colour graphic display, a digital countdown timer from 1 minute to 99 days and the SetpointWAIT function, which only starts the process time once the set temperature has been reached. For protection against over-temperature, a mechanical temperature limiter of protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 additionally switches the heating off, a self-diagnosis system reports faults, and three temperature values can be calibrated.

Selection guide: the right size

The housing measures 585 x 704 x 434 mm, with a further 56 mm in depth for the door handle, and the net weight is approx. 45 kg. At the installation site, a distance of at least 15 cm to the wall and at least 5 cm at the sides must be maintained. The shelves each carry up to 20 kg, and the unit up to 60 kg in total. If more volume is needed, the next larger UF55m with 53 litres and up to 4 shelves is the alternative, with the same external width of 585 mm. Anyone who wants two sensors and two displays instead of one Pt100 sensor will find the correspondingly equipped version as the UF30mplus. For use outside the physiotherapeutic intended purpose, such as a heating and drying oven in the laboratory, there is the Memmert universal oven UF30 with the same dimensions and performance data.
