With an internal capacity of 108 litres and forced air circulation, the Memmert IF110m incubator provides reliable, uniform temperature control for the incubation of samples and cultures in the laboratory – from +20 °C to +80 °C, at least 10 °C above room temperature.
Precise temperature control for reproducible results
A Pt100 sensor with 4-wire measurement (DIN Class A) ensures a setting accuracy of 0.1 °C. The SingleDISPLAY, featuring an adaptive PID microprocessor controller and a high-resolution TFT colour graphic display, makes all parameters – temperature, air circulation speed, exhaust air flap position and programme duration – accessible at a glance. The SetpointWAIT function only starts the process time once the setpoint temperature has actually been reached – essential for reproducible, validatable incubation runs in microbiology, quality assurance and research.
Comprehensive documentation, dual safeguards
An integrated data logger stores process data for at least 10 years, which can be read via the Ethernet interface. Dual overtemperature protection – electronic temperature monitoring plus a mechanical temperature limiter in accordance with DIN 12880 – provides additional operational safety. The factory calibration certificate at +37 °C is included as standard.
Practical features
The outer, fully insulated stainless steel door with a 2-point locking mechanism and the inner glass door allow visual inspection of the contents without disrupting the internal temperature through frequent opening. The exhaust air flap and fan speed can be adjusted electronically in 10 per cent increments from 0 to 100 per cent. The easy-to-clean stainless steel interior with four-sided all-round heating offers space for up to 5 shelves with a maximum total load of 175 kg.
