Liebherr SUFsg 5001 Laboratory Ultra-low Temperature Freezer, 477 l, -40 °C to -86 °C, 993356951
To store highly sensitive samples safely at extremely low temperatures, you need a piece of equipment you can rely on. The Liebherr SUFsg 5001 is a laboratory ultra-low temperature freezer for the temperature range from -40 °C to -86 °C, which reliably stores even sensitive substances. The unit is particularly robust and user-friendly in design; the housing and door are made of steel, whilst the inner chamber is made of durable stainless steel. The SUFsg 5001 is part of Liebherr’s MediLine series for scientific sample storage and, with a net volume of 477 l, represents the medium-sized model of the three SUFsg sizes we stock. Technology and cooling capacity The temperature is displayed digitally on the outside and can be set within a range of -40 °C to -86 °C, with a permissible ambient temperature of +16 °C to 32 °C. Temperature stability and consistency are tested in accordance with the EN 60068-3 test procedure. The natural refrigerant R 290 is used (charge: 150 g), an environmentally friendly choice with a low global warming potential compared to conventional synthetic refrigerants. In the event of faults, the unit issues visual and audible warnings, ensuring that temperature deviations are immediately detected. Via a retrofittable LAN interface, the ultra-low temperature freezer can, if required, be integrated into an existing laboratory or hospital network and monitored remotely. Interior design and ease of use The stainless steel inner chamber is particularly durable and easy to clean, an important factor for day-to-day laboratory operations, especially when samples are regularly stored and retrieved and the interior therefore needs to be cleaned frequently. Foam-insulated inner doors provide additional stable insulation and temperature control. Four shelves in the freezer compartment ensure organised storage; three of these are height-adjustable and adapt to different container sizes, from small cryoboxes to larger sample containers. The solid aluminium handle with an integrated opening mechanism makes it easy to operate, even whilst wearing gloves, as is common in everyday laboratory work. The door hinge is permanently fitted on the right-hand side. Defrosting is carried out manually, which is standard for an appliance designed for such low temperatures, as automatic defrost cycles at -86 °C would be technically more complex and less suitable for sample safety. Typical applications The SUFsg 5001 is designed for scientific use and is suitable for laboratories that need to store enzymes, reagents, biological samples or other temperature-sensitive substances permanently at very low temperatures. Particularly when samples must remain unchanged for months or years, a stable, well-monitored cold chain is crucial; continuous temperature monitoring with visual and audible alarms ensures precisely this, without staff having to check the temperature manually. Research institutions and biobanks requiring long-term storage of sensitive samples Pharmaceutical development requiring a stable, monitored cold chain Clinical laboratories with long-term storage of reagents and biological material Sites wishing to switch to a water-cooled version (H72) if required Three-stage monitoring system In addition to visual and audible alarms in the event of a fault, an integrated 12-volt battery provides backup power for at least 72 hours in the event of a power cut, significantly longer than with most laboratory refrigeration units in the positive temperature range. Those requiring even more comprehensive monitoring can supplement the basic system with expandable features such as CO2 emergency cooling and online monitoring. The SUFsg 5001 is part of the SUFsg series in our range, which includes two further models, the more compact SUFsg 3501 and the larger SUFsg 7001, each featuring the same MediLine positioning and the same monitoring concept. Installation and connection With external dimensions of 196.6 x 92 x 108.2 cm (H x W x D) and a net weight of 254 kg, the SUFsg 5001 is designed for a permanent installation in the laboratory. The unit operates at 230 V with a connected load of 7.0 A and is supplied with a 2,800 mm long connection cable; a standard laboratory power supply is therefore sufficient. As the unit is 101.7 cm wide when the door is open, sufficient space for manoeuvring should be allowed for at the installation site. Given its weight of 254 kg, a sturdy, level access route is recommended for transporting the unit to its final installation site, particularly if the unit is not to be installed at ground level. Liebherr EFL 4655 Chest Freezer, 404 l Gross Capacity, -14 °C to -24 °C, 997207151
Snacks, ice cream or larger quantities of frozen goods need one thing above all else: reliably cold, well-organised storage space that performs well even in less well-air-conditioned locations. With a gross capacity of 404 l, the Liebherr EFL 4655 offers exactly that, combined with a robust steel construction that can withstand the rigours of daily use in the catering or retail sectors. Anyone who has ever searched for the last packet of ice cream in a cluttered freezer just before closing time knows just how much a clearly organised interior makes a difference.Large-capacity deep-freeze storage for practical useWith a gross capacity of 404 l, the EFL 4655 offers noticeably more storage space than more compact chest freezers, without taking up an excessive amount of floor space with external dimensions of 82.5 x 146.5 x 71 cm (H/W/D) taking up an excessive amount of floor space. The robust white steel housing is designed for a long service life under intensive daily use. Two included hanging baskets help to organise smaller frozen items so they are within easy reach, rather than having to search for them throughout the interior.Versatile use even at high ambient temperaturesThe EFL 4655 is designed for ambient temperatures ranging from -15 °C to +43 °C and is therefore also suitable for installation in locations without continuous air conditioning, such as in storage rooms, open-air areas or market stalls. The static cooling system, which uses the refrigerant R 600a (65 g charge), reliably maintains the temperature within the range of -14 °C to -24 °C, with an analogue display on the outside for monitoring at a glance.Safety and ease of useThe integrated mechanical lock in the ergonomic recessed handle ensures the security of the stored goods. The interior, made of pre-coated steel, is hygienic and easy to clean thanks to its smooth surfaces; defrosting is carried out manually as required. An LED interior light ensures excellent visibility, even in darker storage areas. With an annual energy consumption of 236 kWh, operation remains cost-effective.Organisation inside the unitTwo supplied hanging baskets organise the interior and separate smaller, frequently accessed items from larger packs. This makes it easier to keep track of stock during day-to-day operations and reduces the time staff spend searching inside the unit, a particular advantage during peak times at the counter or on the shop floor.Cost-effective and easy to maintain in everyday useWith an annual energy consumption of 236 kWh, the EFL 4655 is low for its size, which has a noticeable impact on electricity costs over the appliance’s lifetime when it is in continuous operation. As defrosting is carried out manually, it is advisable to check the interior regularly: As soon as a thin layer of ice forms, it can be easily removed during the next stock rotation before it noticeably impairs cooling performance. The smooth surface of the pre-coated inner liner further facilitates this routine maintenance. Combined with the ergonomic recessed handle and the robust steel housing, the EFL 4655 therefore remains easy to maintain even after years of daily use, without the need for special tools or external servicing, which significantly simplifies day-to-day operation and reduces downtime.Packaging and originLiebherr supplies the EFL 4655 packaged with dimensions of 147.4 x 72.0 x 84.9 cm and a gross weight of 90.00 kg; the net weight of the unit when set up is 81.00 kg. The chest freezer is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Kluang.Cost-effective procurementFor smaller businesses on a limited budget, the EFL 4655 offers a lower entry-level price than its larger sister model, without compromising on build quality or temperature stability.A more compact model in the Liebherr catering rangeThose requiring more capacity will find the larger version in the range: the Liebherr EFL 6056 (542 l, stainless steel lid, 3 baskets). Liebherr FCFCvg 4032 Fridge-freezer, 343 L, Stainless Steel, Glass Door
Anyone who needs to keep both chilled ingredients and frozen goods to hand in a professional kitchen, but doesn’t have room for two separate cabinets, is well aware of the space issue. The Liebherr FCFCvg 4032 from the Perfection series solves this with two separately controllable climate zones in a single unit: a fridge compartment with an insulated glass door at the top and a freezer compartment with a solid door at the bottom. This allows fresh and frozen goods to be stored by type and within easy reach in a compact space, without the need to purchase and connect two separate appliances.Maximum flexibility with two temperature zonesThe fridge compartment with an insulated glass door allows for a temperature range of +1 °C to +15 °C and, thanks to the LED light strip, provides a clear view of the stored items without having to open the door. This reduces unnecessary loss of cold air and helps maintain a more stable cold chain. The freezer compartment with a solid door cools reliably from -9 °C to -26 °C and is fitted with three shelves, allowing different frozen goods to be sorted and stored separately. Both compartments can be independently adjusted to suit the specific contents, without the temperature control of one compartment affecting the other.NoFrost technology and dynamic coolingBoth compartments utilise a dynamic forced-air cooling system to ensure even temperature distribution throughout the entire interior. Thanks to the automatic defrost function in both the fridge and freezer compartments, manual defrosting is no longer necessary, which reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational reliability, particularly in a busy kitchen environment where there is rarely time for manual tasks on the appliance. The dynamic air circulation cooling system also ensures that a uniform temperature is quickly restored inside the appliance even when the door is opened.High-quality features and safetyThe housing and the solid door of the freezer compartment are made of robust stainless steel, whilst the inner liner is made of hygienic silver-coloured plastic. Four shelves in the refrigeration compartment, designed as plastic-coated wire racks with a load capacity of 45 kg each, reliably support even full Gastronorm containers. A mechanical lock restricts access to the stored goods, which is particularly useful in communal kitchens or where storage areas are shared.ConnectivityThe unit is designed for digital monitoring. Using the retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN module, the FCFCvg 4032 can be integrated into an existing monitoring system as required, allowing temperature trends to be monitored even outside the kitchen and documented for internal quality control.Installation and environmental conditionsThe FCFCvg 4032 is designed for an ambient temperature of +10 °C to 40 °C and is therefore suited to the typical conditions found in professional kitchens, even where temperatures near the hob or washing-up area may be higher than in air-conditioned storage rooms. The connection cable, which is approximately 3 metres long, allows for flexible positioning without the need for a socket to be located directly next to the intended installation site.Origin and build qualityThe FCFCvg 4032 is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Lienz, which specialises in professional refrigeration and freezing technology. With a connected load of 2.0 A at 183 W and an annual energy consumption of 819 kWh, running costs can be easily calculated, which is particularly relevant for an appliance with two active climate zones. For businesses preparing a tender or requiring a formal specification, the appliance’s technical data is available in full and in a clear, transparent format.Position within the Liebherr catering rangeWhilst the Liebherr BFFsg 5501 is designed exclusively as a freezer and the Liebherr FRFCvg 5511 exclusively as a refrigerator, the FCFCvg 4032 covers both temperature ranges in a single cabinet. This makes it the ideal choice for kitchens which, due to space constraints, cannot accommodate two separate units but still wish to have separately controllable zones for chilled and frozen goods.Typical applicationsThe FCFCvg 4032 is suitable wherever kitchen teams need to manage both fresh and frozen goods but only have space for a single unit, such as in smaller restaurant kitchens or catering businesses with fluctuating stock requirements:Combined refrigeration and freezer storage in professional kitchens with limited spaceClear display of temperature-sensitive ingredients through the insulated glass door of the refrigeration compartmentSeparate storage of fresh and frozen produce in a single unitCatering businesses wishing to meet their refrigeration and freezing needs without two separate unitsTechnical detailsTotal gross capacity389 lTotal net capacity232 lTemperature range, fridge compartment+1 °C to +15 °CTemperature range, freezer compartment-9 °C to -26 °CCooling system (fridge compartment)DynamicDefrosting methodAutomatic (refrigerator and freezer compartments)HousingStainless steelDoorDouble-glazed door (fridge compartment) / Solid stainless steel door (freezer compartment)Inner containersSilver plasticRefrigerantR 600a, 50 gConnection220-240 V, 2.0 A, 183 W, 50/60 HzShelf spaces in the fridge compartment4, plastic-coated shelves, load capacity up to 45 kgShelf levels in the freezer compartment3Interior lightingLED light column (fridge compartment), LED (freezer compartment)Dimensions H/W/D204.4 / 59.7 / 65.4 cmNet weight87.60 kgDoor hingeright-hand, reversibleEnergy consumption819 kWh/a (365 days, 2011)Scope of delivery1x Liebherr FCFCvg 4032 fridge-freezer, ready for useIndividual requirements and procurement serviceDo you need additional storage space, suitable Gastronorm containers or the retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN module for your FCFCvg 4032? Liebherr SFTfg 1501 laboratory freezer with a spark-proof interior, 3 plastic drawers, 71 l, 091654851
For those who wish to store flammable chemicals within easy reach and in an organised manner in the laboratory, whilst ensuring there are no ignition sources inside the unit, the Liebherr SFTfg 1501 is an ATEX-compliant laboratory freezer with an ignition-source-free interior. This model, with a net capacity of 71 litres, comes factory-fitted with three plastic drawers; instead of open shelving, this allows stored items to be kept separate and organised by sample, reagent or batch. Like the shelving version, this variant also complies with cleanroom class ISO 7 and GMP class B. Safety: ignition-source-free interior in accordance with the ATEX Directive The drawer version also features a non-sparking interior and, according to the type plate, is classified as ‘II 3/-G Ex ec IIC T6 Gc/-’ in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU; the harmonised standards are EN IEC 60079-0:2018 and EN 60079-15:2010. The unit is authorised for the storage of research samples, reagents, laboratory equipment and chemicals such as ethanol, acetone or isopropanol, provided their flash point is above temperature class T6, i.e. above 85 °C. Chemically unstable substances, as well as blood, plasma or other bodily fluids intended for infusion, are expressly excluded from storage. The explosion protection applies exclusively to the interior of the unit: according to the operating instructions, the unit itself is not intended for installation in potentially explosive atmospheres; the installation site must be located outside an Ex zone. Temperature control and cooling capacity The static cooling system ensures uniform cooling within the adjustable range of -9 °C to -30 °C, with a temperature gradient of 7.4 °C and a maximum fluctuation of 3.3 °C. Defrosting is carried out manually; the refrigerant used is the natural R 600a with a charge of 60 g. The permissible ambient temperature at the installation site is between +10 °C and +35 °C; annual energy consumption is 180 kWh. With a sound power level of 40 dB(A), the unit is barely noticeable during everyday laboratory use, even when positioned directly within the workspace. Interior fitted with three plastic drawers Instead of open shelving, this version features three plastic drawers in which samples, reagents or batches can be stored separately and clearly organised, without having to open the other drawers when removing one. As with the shelving version, the maximum total load capacity is 120 kg. An antimicrobial handle with an opening mechanism makes operation easier even when wearing laboratory gloves; a mechanical lock, including two keys, secures the interior; and the door hinge is on the right-hand side but can be reversed. A 10 mm diameter sensor feed-through allows an external temperature sensor to be inserted, for example for independent temperature monitoring. Controls, Alarms and Networking Operation is via a monochrome display with touch buttons. In the event of a fault, the unit issues visual and audible alerts; following a power cut, it automatically alerts the user when power is restored, making an unnoticed interruption to the cold chain less likely. A potential-free contact with a rating of up to 8.0 A at a maximum of 30 V DC is provided for connection to an external building management system or alarm system. Via the SmartModule system, the unit can also be networked via Wi-Fi or LAN; both interfaces can be retrofitted as optional extras and enable centralised recording and documentation of temperature data. Suitable for cleanrooms in GMP environments With ISO Class 7 in accordance with ISO EN 14664-1 and GMP Class B, the drawer version of the SFTfg 1501 is also suitable for applications with heightened cleanroom requirements, such as in pharmaceutical quality control or in research areas with corresponding documentation requirements. Typical areas of application Sorted deep-freeze storage of flammable samples and reagents by batch or project Chemistry and pharmaceutical laboratories requiring separate storage in individual drawers Cleanroom and GMP environments requiring temperature monitoring subject to documentation requirements Research facilities requiring frequent access to individual sample stocks The three drawers make day-to-day work easier, particularly where individual samples or reagents need to be accessed frequently without having to survey the entire interior each time: each drawer can be pulled out independently, whilst the rest of the interior remains cold and sealed. Design, dimensions and connections With external dimensions of 59.7 x 60.5 x 81.9 cm (W x D x H) and a net weight of 39 kg (gross 41 kg), the SFTfg 1501 can be permanently installed in the laboratory as a floor-standing unit or freestanding unit. The internal dimensions are 38.0 x 41.0 x 61.0 cm. The housing and door are made of white steel, whilst the inner container is made of white, fully recyclable polystyrene plastic. It is connected to a 220 to 240 V AC supply at 50 Hz with a rated current of 2.0 A; the power cable is at least 3,000 mm long. Liebherr designs the unit for a service life of 15 years. Liebherr SCFfg 4002 Laboratory Fridge-freezer, Ignition-source-free Interior, ATEX, 261 l, 994341451
A laboratory fridge-freezer with special safety features is required for the storage of flammable substances that may create explosive atmospheres. The Liebherr SCFfg 4002 laboratory fridge-freezer combination complies with the ATEX Directive and, according to the type plate, has an interior free from ignition sources. It combines maximum cooling capacity with reliable temperature stability. The housing and door are made of steel, whilst the inner compartment is made of plastic.Technology and cooling performanceThe dynamic cooling system in the fridge compartment ensures even temperature distribution, and defrosting takes place automatically. The fridge compartment operates in the range from +3 °C to +16 °C, whilst the freezer compartment operates from -9 °C to -30 °C, in each case at a permissible ambient temperature of +10 °C to 35 °C. Both temperatures are displayed digitally on the outside. R 600a is used as the refrigerant (charge: 75 g), an environmentally friendly choice with low global warming potential. In the event of a fault, the unit emits visual and audible warnings, ensuring that temperature deviations are immediately noticeable. Via a retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN interface, the fridge-freezer can be integrated into an existing laboratory network if required.Safety: ATEX-compliant, ignition-source-free interiorThe ignition-source-free interior makes the SCFfg 4002 the ideal choice for laboratories that need to store flammable solvents, chemicals or other substances where no ignition sources are permitted inside the unit. For example, in a chemistry or analytical laboratory, this ensures the safe storage of flammable reagents during routine operations without having to resort to separate refrigeration and freezing units. As both temperature zones are housed in a single unit, the appliance also saves floor space compared with two separate units, which is an advantage in laboratories with limited floor space.Interior layout and ease of useIn the refrigeration compartment, five glass shelves, each with a load capacity of 40 kg, ensure stable, easily accessible storage; the freezer compartment features three shelves. The antimicrobial handle with integrated opening mechanism makes operation easier, even when wearing gloves, as is common in everyday laboratory work, and reduces the transmission of germs at a frequently touched part of the appliance. The door hinge is on the right but can be reversed, allowing the appliance to be flexibly adapted to the available space. The fridge compartment defrosts automatically, whilst the freezer compartment is defrosted manually. One unit for two temperature zonesWith a net capacity of 261 l (377 l gross) and a height of 204.4 cm, the SCFfg 4002 offers significantly more usable interior space than a standard fridge or freezer of the same footprint, as the fridge and freezer compartments are housed one above the other in a single cabinet. For laboratories that require both refrigerated and deep-frozen storage for flammable or combustible substances, but do not have space for two separate ignition-source-free units, this is the more space-saving solution compared to a dedicated freezer such as the SFFfg series. On the other hand, those who require exclusively deep-freeze storage without a refrigeration compartment and wish to have more freezer space are better served by a dedicated ignition-source-free freezer.Manufacture and originThe SCFfg 4002 is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Lienz, Austria, where it succeeds the previous model, the LCexv 4010. As part of the ‘Performance’ segment of Liebherr laboratory equipment, it is positioned in the premium specification range, featuring digital temperature monitoring in both zones and a retrofittable network connection.Typical applicationsThe SCFfg 4002 comes into its own wherever flammable or combustible substances need to be stored under both refrigerated and deep-frozen conditions:Chemistry and analytical laboratories: refrigerated and frozen storage of flammable solvents and reagentsCombined refrigeration and freezer storage where there is no space for two separate unitsQuality control and research involving substances that require an ignition-source-free environmentLaboratory areas connected to a central network for temperature monitoringFor example, in a testing laboratory, a solvent can be stored at +5 °C and a frozen reference sample at -20 °C in the same ignition-source-free cabinet, without the need to purchase and monitor two separate units.Technical detailsNet chamber volume261 lGross chamber volume377 lTemperature range (refrigerator compartment)+3 °C to +16 °CTemperature range, freezer compartment-9 °C to -30 °CAmbient temperature (commercial)+10 °C to 35 °CCooling system (refrigerated compartment)Dynamic, automatic defrostDefrosting method for freezer compartmentManualRefrigerantR 600a, charge 75 gHousing / DoorSteelInner containerWhite plasticShelves in the fridge compartment5 x glass, load capacity 40 kgShelves in the freezer compartment3HandleAntimicrobial handle with opening mechanismDoor hingeright-hand, reversibleDimensions H/W/D204.4 / 59.7 / 65.4 cmInternal dimensions H/W/D103.7 / 46.0 / 42.2 cmNet weight84.00 kgPower supply220-240 V, 2.0 A, 50/60 HzEnergy consumption390 kWh/yearScope of delivery1x Liebherr SCFfg 4002 laboratory fridge-freezer, ready for useIndividual requirements and procurement serviceDo you need spare parts, additional storage space or advice on the right networking solution for your laboratory? Liebherr EFL 3056 Chest Freezer, 266 l Gross Capacity, -14 °C to -24 °C, 997207051
Whether it’s a range of ice cream flavours, frozen ready-meals or larger quantities of snacks: Anyone in the catering industry, ice-cream parlours or food retail who relies on reliable frozen storage needs a chest freezer that can withstand continuous use and keeps goods clearly organised and accessible without taking up too much floor space. The Liebherr EFL 3056 features a high-quality stainless steel lid and, with a gross volume of 266 l, offers compact yet sufficient storage space for the daily needs of small and medium-sized businesses.Robust stainless steel lid for continuous useThe stainless steel lid makes the EFL 3056 resistant to scratches, knocks and the daily wear and tear of catering operations. It can also be used as a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface during peak times, for example to temporarily set down a tray or a box. The rest of the housing is made of steel, whilst the inner container is made of pre-coated steel, which is also easy to clean and withstands moisture and occasional use of cleaning agents well.FrostProtect: reliable even at sub-zero temperaturesThanks to its FrostProtect design, the EFL 3056 is rated for ambient temperatures ranging from -15 °C to +43 °C. The unit can therefore also be operated in unheated storage rooms, cellars or garages without any loss of performance. The static cooling system, which uses the refrigerant R 600a (55 g charge), maintains a stable internal temperature between -14 °C and -24 °C; the temperature is displayed on an analogue gauge on the outside.Features and safetyTwo hanging baskets organise the contents and make it easier to keep track of different varieties or batches, for example when ice cream, ready meals and snacks need to be stored separately. Bright LED interior lighting ensures a clear view right down to the base of the chest even when the lid is open, whilst a mechanical lock in the recessed handle protects the goods from unauthorised access outside opening hours. Defrosting is carried out manually, which is the standard practice for a static freezer of this size in the catering sector and requires no additional technology inside the unit.Compact design for small and medium-sized businessesWith external dimensions of 82.5 x 104.5 x 71 cm (H/W/D), the EFL 3056 fits even where a large chest freezer is not an option, such as in smaller kitchens, at sales counters or in ancillary rooms. Those who regularly need to store larger quantities of frozen goods or are looking for more shelf space for custom branding will find the larger EFL 6055 (542 l gross volume) to be the ideal model for higher throughput. The EFL 3056 remains the right choice when compact dimensions and a manageable range of storage options with two baskets are the priority.Energy-efficient in continuous operationWith an annual energy consumption of around 185 kWh, the running costs of the EFL 3056 are easy to calculate, particularly when several units are operating simultaneously in a kitchen or retail outlet. The connected load of 1.5 A at 220-240 V and 50 Hz allows it to be operated from a standard domestic socket; a separate high-voltage connection is not required.Robust construction for professional useThe EFL 3056 is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Kluang, one of the company’s production sites for commercial refrigeration and freezer units. Together with its durable stainless steel lid and pre-coated steel inner container, the unit is designed for daily use in the catering and retail sectors, rather than for occasional use in private households.Typical applicationsThe EFL 3056 is ideal wherever frozen goods need to be stored compactly yet well-organised and retrieved quickly during operation, without having to rearrange an entire range of ingredients:Catering establishments and ice-cream parlours: storage and portion-by-portion retrieval of various ice-cream flavoursRetail and food shops: frozen convenience products and snacksCatering and the hospitality industry: Stockpiling frozen goods for daily requirementsUnheated storage rooms, cellars or outdoor areas thanks to FrostProtect (ambient temperature -15 °C to +43 °C)Sorted temporary storage of several product groups using the two hanging basketsThis means, for example, that a small ice-cream parlour can be restocked several times at the weekend without needing a second, larger unit to keep track of stock.Technical detailsGross capacity266 lTemperature range (freezer compartment)-14 °C to -24 °CAmbient temperature (FrostProtect)-15 °C to +43 °CRefrigerantR 600a, charge 55 gHousing / CoverSteel / stainless steel (lid)Inner containerPre-coated steelInternal lightingLEDBaskets2 hanging basketsDefrosting methodManualDimensions H/W/D82.5 / 104.5 / 71 cmInternal dimensions (H/W/D)57.5 / 92.0 / 53.5 cmNet weight68.00 kgPower supply220-240 V, 1.5 A, 50 HzEnergy consumption185 kWh/yearScope of delivery1x Liebherr EFL 3056 chest freezer2x hanging basketsUser manualEU energy labelAccording to the manufacturer’s energy label, the Liebherr EFL 3056 chest freezer has an energy efficiency class of E on the A to G scale in accordance with (EU) 2019/2016. Liebherr EFL 6056, chest freezer, 542 L, with stainless steel lid
Whether it’s an ice-cream parlour, a farm shop or a food truck: anyone who wants to display ice cream, snacks or frozen goods in a way that boosts sales needs space and reliable refrigeration, even if the lid is constantly being opened during the course of a typical day’s business. Anyone who has ever stood in front of a half-empty, disorganised freezer on a hot summer’s day knows just how quickly this can lead to lost sales. The Liebherr EFL 6056 is built precisely for this purpose. With a 542-litre capacity and a stainless-steel lid, it offers ample space for a clearly organised range of products and reliably maintains the temperature inside, even with frequent opening.Large capacity, clearly organisedWith a capacity of 542 litres, the EFL 6056 is one of the larger chest freezers in Liebherr’s catering range. The Total Display Area (TDA) ensures that ice cream, snacks or other frozen goods are clearly visible and attractively displayed across the entire available surface, rather than disappearing into the depths of the chest. Three baskets supplied as standard also help to organise smaller packs so they are within easy reach. Customisable branding options also turn the chest into an advertising medium for your own brand or product range. This allows the chest to blend visually into the existing sales area, rather than looking out of place.Cold air stays inside, even when the lid is openUnlike a side-opening door, a chest with a lid keeps the cold air inside: as cold air is heavier than warm air, it sinks downwards and barely escapes when the lid is opened. This is particularly beneficial in retail environments where the lid is opened many times a day. The static cooling system reliably maintains the temperature within the range of -14 °C to -24 °C, without drying out sensitive frozen goods through forced air circulation.Suitable for use even at high ambient temperaturesThe EFL 6056 is designed for ambient temperatures ranging from -15 °C to +43 °C and therefore remains reliably operational even in summer or in poorly air-conditioned locations such as open spaces, market halls or food trucks. The R 600a refrigerant, with a charge of 104 g, operates energy-efficiently, with an annual energy consumption of 277 kWh.Robust design for everyday retail useThe stainless steel lid is scratch-resistant and easy to clean; the housing is made of steel and the inner container of pre-coated steel. LED lighting ensures a clear view of the stocked range, whilst a mechanical lock in the recessed handle secures the contents outside opening hours. Manual defrosting can be carried out quickly when needed, with minimal effort thanks to the smooth interior walls.Retail space with high brand recognitionCustomisable branding options allow you to tailor the appearance of the chest to your own brand identity, from the front to the lid. Combined with the Total Display Area, the EFL 6056 thus becomes not just a storage space, but an integral part of the sales area: Customers recognise the product range at a glance, without having to search inside. Particularly in busy locations such as ice-cream parlours in summer or market stalls at the weekend, this clarity pays off immediately in shorter decision-making times at the chest.Packaging and dimensionsLiebherr supplies the EFL 6056 packaged with dimensions of 190.3 x 73.3 x 84.0 cm and a gross weight of 99.00 kg; the net weight of the unit once installed is 89.00 kg. The chest freezer is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Kluang.Larger model in the Liebherr catering rangeFor those requiring less capacity, the Liebherr EFL 4655 (404 litres, painted steel lid, 2 baskets) offers a more compact option within the range. With a capacity of 542 litres, a stainless steel lid and 3 baskets, the EFL 6056 remains the choice for larger product ranges and higher throughput.Typical applicationsWherever frozen goods are not only to be stored but also actively sold, the EFL 6056 makes the most of its combination of capacity and display space:Ice cream parlours and cafés: present ice cream and snacks in an eye-catching way across the entire display areaFarm shops and food trucks: Store frozen goods safely even in poorly air-conditioned locationsSupermarkets and food retailers: high-capacity additional storage or sales chest for frozen goodsCatering establishments with a high throughput of frozen productsCustomised branding for promoting brands or product ranges directly at the point of saleTechnical detailsCapacity542 lTemperature range, freezer compartment-14 °C to -24 °CAmbient temperature-15 °C to +43 °CRefrigerantR 600a, 104 g chargeEnergy consumption277 kWh/year (365 days)CasingSteelLidStainless steelInner containerPre-coated steelDimensions (H/W/D)82.5 / 188.5 / 71 cmInternal dimensions (H/W/D)57.5 / 176.0 / 53.5 cmNet weight89.00 kgPower supply220-240 V, 1.5 A, 50 HzNumber of baskets3Scope of delivery1x Liebherr EFL 6056 chest freezer3x baskets1x user manualEU energy labelAccording to the manufacturer’s energy label, the Liebherr EFL 6056 has an energy efficiency class of E on the A to G scale in accordance with (EU) 2019/2016. Liebherr SRFfg 3501 laboratory refrigerator, 344 L, ignition-source-free (ATEX)
Special safety requirements apply to the storage of flammable substances in the chemical industry and in specialist laboratories. The Liebherr SRFfg 3501 is a laboratory refrigeration unit with an ignition-source-free interior in accordance with the ATEX Directive and is suitable for flammable substances in sealed containers that could create explosive atmospheres. The housing and door are made of steel, whilst the inner chamber is made of robust, white plastic. Safety: ignition-source-free interior According to the type plate designation, the interior of the SRFfg 3501 is designed to be ‘ignition-source-free’; the unit therefore complies with the ATEX Directive for handling flammable substances in sealed containers. This is relevant when chemicals or solvents need to be stored under cool conditions in the laboratory, as these could create an explosive atmosphere inside a standard refrigeration unit. For correct use, the specific zone and operational requirements of the ATEX Directive, as well as the relevant storage regulations for the substances being stored, must also be observed. Technology and cooling capacity The dynamic cooling system ensures even temperature distribution, and defrosting takes place automatically. The temperature is displayed digitally on the outside and can be set within the range of +3 °C to +16 °C, with a permissible ambient temperature of +10 °C to 35 °C. The natural refrigerant R 600a is used (charge: 55 g), an environmentally friendly choice with low global warming potential. In the event of a fault, the unit issues visual and audible warnings, ensuring that temperature deviations are immediately noticeable. Via a retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN interface, the cooling unit can be integrated into an existing laboratory network if required. Interior layout and ease of use The interior features five glass shelves, each with a load capacity of up to 40 kg, ensuring stable and easily visible storage of chemicals and reagents. The antimicrobial handle with integrated opening mechanism makes operation easy, even when wearing laboratory gloves. The door hinges on the right but can be reversed; when the door is open, the unit is 64.2 cm wide. Applications The SRFfg 3501 is designed for scientific use and is aimed at laboratories in the chemical industry and specialist laboratories that need to store flammable substances in sealed containers under cooled conditions. For example, in a chemical or testing laboratory, this ensures the safe storage of solvents in sealed containers without the risk of an ignition source arising inside the unit itself. Continuous temperature monitoring with visual and audible alarms complements the safety features. Installation and connection With external dimensions of 168.4 x 59.7 x 65.4 cm (H x W x D) and a net weight of 63.30 kg, the SRFfg 3501 is intended for a fixed installation in the laboratory. The unit operates at 220 to 240 V with a connected load of 2.0 A and is supplied with a 3-metre-long power cable; a standard laboratory power socket is therefore sufficient. Liebherr FFFsg 6501-40 upright freezer, SmartFrost, 573 l, –9 °C to –26 °C, 2451537
Anyone who works with frozen goods on a daily basis in a commercial kitchen, a bakery or a catering business is familiar with the problem of doors being left open: every second of cold air loss costs energy and compromises storage quality. The Liebherr FFFsg 6501, a commercial freezer cabinet with static cooling, is designed precisely for this kind of everyday use. The fan-operated door contact switch minimises cold air loss every time the door is opened, whilst the robust steel housing and 332-litre net capacity ensure the contents remain reliably cool, even with frequent access by the kitchen team. This ensures the cold chain remains stable even when goods are removed several times an hour. Robust technology for continuous use The housing and door are made of steel, designed for daily use in commercial kitchens with frequent contact with trolleys and transport crates. The temperature setting range extends from -9 °C to -26 °C; the digital display is located on the outside of the unit and remains legible even when the door is closed, preventing cold air from escaping due to unnecessary opening. In the event of a fault, the cabinet signals this visually and audibly, so that any loss of goods is detected early and the kitchen team can react quickly. The cabinet is designed for an ambient temperature of +10 °C to 40 °C, making it suitable even for warmer storage rooms or kitchens with waste heat from hobs and ovens. Adjustable feet or castors: choose the right setup The FFFsg 6501 can be mounted either on four height-adjustable levelling feet (adjustable from 150 to 180 mm) or on castors. With levelling feet, the unit can be precisely aligned and remains stable even on an uneven kitchen floor; the unit measures 201.8 cm in height and has a net weight of 111.6 kg. With castors, the height is reduced to 199.3 cm with a net weight of 109.0 kg; in return, the unit can be easily moved out of the way for floor cleaning or to change its location without having to lift it. Which version is more worthwhile depends on the kitchen floor and how often the area around the unit needs to be cleaned: if the unit is rarely moved, adjustable feet are the more stable choice; if the area is frequently mopped or disinfected, castors save time and spare your back. Organisation and clarity inside Inside, 12 baskets provide structure, complemented by 6 shelves for additional storage options. The cross-slot, measuring 600 x 400 mm, accommodates standard catering containers, allowing goods to be stored sorted by category. The inner container is made of white plastic, which makes it easier to check for dirt at a glance. The aluminium handle and the reversible door hinge on the right make operation straightforward in tight kitchen spaces, whilst the mechanical lock provides additional security for the contents. Typical applications The FFFsg 6501 is suitable for commercial kitchens and canteens that stock large quantities of frozen goods, for bakeries and butchers with regular deliveries, and for catering businesses that need to store large quantities temporarily prior to events. It also serves as an additional cooling reserve in the food wholesale sector alongside the main storage facility, for example for reserve stock or seasonal peaks. Connection, networking and maintenance The connected load is 2.0 A at 220 to 240 V and 50 Hz; the power cable is 3,000 mm long, which is sufficient for most kitchen set-ups without the need for an extension lead. Via the optional retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN interface, the freezer cabinet can be integrated into an existing kitchen monitoring system if required. Defrosting is carried out manually, which is standard for static cooling systems and is best scheduled during quieter periods of operation. The climate-friendly refrigerant R 290 is used, with a charge of 135 g. Liebherr SCFvh 4002 Laboratory Fridge-freezer, 994299951
Anyone who needs to store items in both the fridge and freezer compartments in the laboratory often requires two appliances, more floor space and two separate maintenance schedules. The Liebherr SCFvh 4002 combines both temperature zones in a single unit: a refrigeration compartment from +3 °C to +16 °C and a freezer compartment from -9 °C to -30 °C, each independently controllable and digitally monitored. This reduces the space required in the laboratory without compromising on temperature accuracy. As part of the Liebherr Perfection range, the unit is designed for laboratories with high standards regarding equipment and temperature monitoring. Two temperature zones, one unitWith a total gross volume of 384 l (264 l net), the SCFvh 4002 offers sufficient capacity in both the refrigeration and freezer compartments for samples, reagents and reference materials. Five storage shelves made of plastic-coated wire mesh, each with a load capacity of 45 kg, organise the refrigeration compartment, whilst three further shelves organise the freezer compartment. With external dimensions of 204.4 x 59.7 x 65.4 cm (H/W/D) and a net weight of 84.20 kg, this unit is a freestanding combination that can be accommodated in most laboratory spaces.Precise temperature control with alarm functionBoth compartments are displayed digitally and can be controlled independently of one another: the refrigeration compartment from +3 °C to +16 °C, and the freezer compartment from -9 °C to -30 °C. In the event of deviations from the set temperature or if a door is left open, the unit issues visual and audible warnings, ensuring that faults are detected at an early stage before stored materials are damaged. Automatic defrosting in both compartments keeps maintenance requirements to a minimum during operation.Designed for everyday laboratory useThe antimicrobial handle with opening mechanism is designed to meet the hygiene requirements of laboratory operations, whilst the white plastic inner chamber is easy to clean and disinfect. An LED light strip on the left illuminates the refrigeration compartment, whilst separate LED lighting illuminates the freezer compartment, ensuring that samples are clearly visible even in the rear areas. The mechanical lock with a reversible door hinge on the right secures the contents against unauthorised access.Practical benefits of the dual-zone solutionInstead of distributing refrigerated and frozen items across two separate units in different locations within the laboratory, both temperature zones can be managed in a single unit, the SCFvh 4002. This reduces walking distances in day-to-day laboratory work and makes it easier to keep track of samples when they are moved between refrigeration and freezer storage as required. For facilities with limited floor space, this can make all the difference in terms of whether additional storage space is available at all. The combination also pays off when it comes to procurement: rather than ordering, maintaining and, if necessary, replacing two separate units, a single point of contact and a single service appointment are sufficient for both temperature zones, which noticeably simplifies planning and budgeting in day-to-day laboratory operations.Successor with expanded functionalityThe SCFvh 4002 is the successor to the Liebherr LCv 4010 and continues its concept of combined refrigeration and freezer storage for laboratories, supplemented by the integrated, removable Wi-Fi/LAN solution and the antimicrobial handle with opening mechanism.Adjustable to individual requirementsAs the refrigeration and freezer compartments are controlled independently of one another, the unit can be flexibly adapted to different storage requirements, for example when more refrigeration capacity is needed than freezer capacity at times, or vice versa. This flexibility sets it apart from a combination of two individually sized units.Packaging and originLiebherr supplies the SCFvh 4002 packaged with dimensions of 61.5 x 72.5 x 208.0 cm and a gross weight of 89.50 kg; whilst the net weight of the unit once installed is 84.20 kg. The combination is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Lienz.Networked monitoringAn integrated, removable Wi-Fi/LAN solution enables connection to a network monitoring system, allowing temperature trends in the fridge and freezer compartments to be documented, for example for quality assurance or internal audits. With an annual energy consumption of 277 kWh, the combination operates economically in continuous use.Typical applicationsThe SCFvh 4002 really comes into its own wherever samples need to be stored together at different temperatures and monitored continuously:Research laboratories: joint storage of samples with different temperature requirementsHospitals and medical facilities: storage of reagents and test kits in a single unitQuality assurance: documented temperature monitoring thanks to Wi-Fi/LAN connectivityLaboratories with limited floor space that need to combine refrigeration and freezingRetained sample storage with separately controllable temperature zonesTechnical detailsTotal net capacity264 lTotal gross capacity384 lTemperature range, fridge compartment+3 °C to +16 °CTemperature range, freezer compartment-9 °C to -30 °CCooling system (fridge compartment)DynamicDefrosting methodAutomatic (fridge and freezer compartments)RefrigerantR 600a, 50 g chargeEnergy consumption277 kWh/a (365 days)Connection220-240 V, 2.0 A / 183 W, 50/60 HzHousingSteelDoorSteelInner containerWhite plasticDimensions (H/W/D)204.4 / 59.7 / 65.4 cmInternal dimensions (H/W/D)103.7 / 46.0 / 42.3 cmNet weight84.20 kgShelf spaces in the fridge compartment5 x plastic-coated shelves, load capacity 45 kgShelf levels in freezer compartment3InterfaceWi-Fi/LAN, built-in, removableScope of delivery1x Liebherr SCFvh 4002 laboratory fridge-freezer, ready for useIndividual requirements and procurement serviceDo you need advice on the right equipment for your sample storage or on integrating it into an existing network monitoring system? Liebherr FFFCvg 6501-40 Upright Freezer, NoFrost, 378 l, -9 °C to -26 °C, 993743651
In restaurant kitchens, food must stay fresh, and that is exactly what this upright freezer ensures. The Liebherr FFFCvg 6501 is extremely robust and operates reliably, even at ambient temperatures of up to +40 °C. NoFrost technology ensures ice-free storage in the range from -9 °C to -26 °C. The body and door are made of robust stainless steel. Technology and cooling performance The FFFCvg 6501 uses forced-air cooling and automatic NoFrost defrosting, ensuring that no ice forms either in the freezer compartment or on the stored goods. The temperature is displayed digitally on the outside; the setting range is from -9 °C to -26 °C, with a permissible ambient temperature of up to +40 °C. The natural refrigerant R 290 is used (fill quantity 80 g). In the event of a fault, the appliance issues visual and audible warnings. Via a retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN interface, the upright freezer can be integrated into an existing kitchen or business network if required. Interior layout and ease of use Six shelves in the freezer compartment ensure organised storage; five of these are adjustable and adapt to different pack sizes. The aluminium handle makes it easy to operate, even when wearing gloves. The door hinge is on the right but can be reversed, allowing the appliance to be flexibly adapted to the existing kitchen layout. LED lighting in the freezer compartment ensures a clear view of the contents. Area of application The FFFCvg 6501 is designed for professional use in the catering industry and, with its larger net capacity of 378 l, is particularly suitable for kitchens with higher freezing requirements, such as larger restaurants, canteens or catering businesses. When large quantities of produce need to be stored simultaneously during peak times, the automatic NoFrost defrosting system ensures that cooling performance remains constant and no time is lost on manual defrosting, a clear advantage in the hectic day-to-day running of a kitchen. Installation and connection With external dimensions of 201.8 x 74.7 x 76.9 cm (H x W x D) and a net weight of 103.30 kg, the FFFCvg 6501 is intended for a permanent installation in the kitchen. The appliance operates at 220 to 240 V with a connected load of 2.0 A and is supplied with a 3,000 mm long power cable. The feet are height-adjustable (150 to 180 mm), which makes it easier to level the appliance on uneven kitchen floors. Liebherr FKDv 4213 drinks fridge, 385 litres with glass door, black, 090926051
Displaying drinks in the sales area so they are visible and within easy reach, without them getting warm: that’s what the Liebherr FKDv 4213 is designed for. The insulated glass door offers a view of up to 512 0.33-litre cans, whilst the forced-air cooling system ensures that newly stocked items quickly reach drinking temperature. With a net capacity of 385 litres, this drinks fridge offers enough space for a wide range of tins and bottles, from small long-neck bottles to large PET bottles. Glass door with forced-air cooling for rapid cooling The insulated glass door with a plastic frame allows the contents to be seen at all times without customers having to open the door, which also prevents cold air loss and maintains a stable cooling performance. The dynamic forced-air cooling system distributes the cold air evenly throughout the interior and quickly cools freshly stocked drinks down to the set temperature range of +2 °C to +12 °C. An LED strip light on the right-hand side further highlights the products and makes the fridge clearly visible even from a distance. The unit can be operated at ambient temperatures ranging from +10 °C to 40 °C. Black or white: match the look to your shop The FKDv 4213 is available in black and white, allowing it to be adapted to the respective shop interior. The only technical difference lies in the inner liner: the black version has a silver-coloured plastic inner liner, whilst the white version has a white one. The ergonomic bar handle, cooling capacity and load capacity are identical for both colours, so the choice of colour is determined solely by the desired look. Typical applications The FKDv 4213 is suitable for retail areas in petrol stations, kiosks and snack bars, for self-service canteens and cafeterias, as well as for the hotel and catering sectors where drinks are to be displayed for self-service. Its high loading capacity of up to 512 cans also makes it an attractive option for locations with high customer footfall, such as busy sales counters or self-service break rooms. Features and loading Six plastic-coated shelves, each with a load capacity of up to 45 kg, can be adjusted to accommodate different container sizes, from 0.33-litre tins to 1.5-litre PET bottles. According to the loading table, it can hold up to 512 cans, 256 long-neck bottles, 256 0.5-litre PET bottles, 129 1.0-litre PET bottles or 72 1.5-litre PET bottles, depending on how the shelves are arranged. The ergonomic bar handle makes it easier to open the door frequently during daily operations, and the door hinge can be switched to the right-hand side. Defrosting takes place automatically, so staff do not need to worry about ice build-up. The temperature display is located inside and is analogue, so it is clearly visible during filling. Connection and energy efficiency The power consumption is just 1.5 A at 220 to 240 V and 50 Hz; the power cable is 2,200 mm long, which is sufficient for most installation locations at the sales counter. The climate-friendly refrigerant R 600a is used, with a charge of 55 g. A fixed networking solution is not provided for this model; however, the low power consumption during continuous operation at the sales counter is a key advantage.
