Bürkle, Mini solvent pump, 1.8 l/min, GL45 connection, #5603-4000
Mini Solvent Pump | Safe dispensing of small quantities The Mini Solvent Pump is an extremely high-quality hand pump for small containers such as bottles, canisters and containers up to approx. 10 litres. For the safe dispensing and dosing of solvents and highly flammable liquids. Simple principle – great results The hand pump operates on the overpressure principle. Pressing the pump ball builds up overpressure inside the container, which forces the liquid out. This ensures that only the hose, feed tube and spout come into contact with the liquid being dispensed. A pressure relief valve protects the solvent pump against excessive pressure build-up – for example, due to direct sunlight – ensuring safety. High-quality materials All parts of this hand pump that come into contact with the medium are made from high-quality, inert materials – PTFE and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) – which are characterised by their excellent chemical resistance. The Mini solvent pump is therefore particularly well suited for use with high-purity liquids and highly flammable media, e.g. acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, etc. Filling in potentially explosive atmospheres The supplied earthing cable can be easily connected to the solvent pump via a spade connector; this dissipates electrostatic charges, allowing flammable media to be dispensed safely. Flexible in use The solvent pump can be used to fill from a wide variety of container sizes. The flexible PTFE hose, which draws the liquid from the container, can be cut to any length. This enables the container to be emptied completely, even in the case of bottles and canisters with a domed base. The hand pump has a standard GL 45 connection thread. However, with the appropriate thread adaptors (accessories), it can be easily adapted for use with containers featuring S 40, GL 38 or GL 32 thread sizes. Precise dispensing of the liquid The self-closing spout (with auto-stop function) on the Mini solvent pump enables absolutely precise dispensing, with no dripping whatsoever. Thanks to the simple dosing mechanism, even the smallest containers, such as test tubes, can be filled without any problems. A hose (internal Ø 6 mm) can be optionally attached to the spout, allowing safe filling even into containers situated further away. Perfectly balanced The Mini solvent pump is particularly compact and very well balanced, enabling tilt-free dispensing even from small containers. Robust and durable Thanks to its robust design and high-quality materials, the durable Mini solvent pump enables consistently safe and clean filling in the simplest and most convenient way. Ideal for 1–5 l containers GL 45 connection thread Parts in contact with the medium made from PTFE and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) PTFE hose (6x8 mm), 0.4 m Includes 2 m earthing cable Adapters for S 40, GL 38 and GL 32 available as accessories Sterility: No

Bürkle, Mole Drill Bit, Riverside, #5350-1035
Various drill heads are available for the Maulwurf, each designed for very specific soil conditions: Clay and damp soils With narrow flanks that cause the least friction/resistance in the soil. As damp soils are generally highly cohesive, the soil still adheres well to the auger. Sand With wide flanks, providing a larger contact surface area in which the sand can grip firmly. Coarse sand With extra-wide flanks that close the auger even more tightly, thereby holding coarse sand soils or very dry soils firmly in place. Combination Holds both highly cohesive and less cohesive soils. Riverside Highly suitable for drilling in hard, encrusted soils and soils mixed with fine gravel. The drill blades extend beyond the core drill, thereby significantly minimising friction. Gravel auger Features slightly curved, angled blades that pull themselves downwards through the gravel. Any stones are trapped between the drill flanks. The finer soil material (coarse sand with fine gravel) is retained inside the drill. Stone catcher The stone catcher can be used to catch and extract stones that prevent smooth sampling with any of the drill heads. Sterility: No

Bürkle, dispensing system for solvent outlet elbow, 60 cm, #5603-5001
The solvent dispensing system with outlet elbow features a drum pump with a fixed outlet elbow. The drum pump’s infinitely adjustable dip tube can be adapted to the respective container. Fitted with a drum coupling for steel drums with an R 2" thread. Can be adapted to standard containers using threaded adaptors. The solvent dispensing system allows high-purity liquids to be dispensed quickly and easily. Compressed gas (compressed air or nitrogen) is used to create positive pressure inside the container, which forces the liquid out. Operation using compressed gas offers the advantage that the user can dispense even large quantities effortlessly, whilst keeping both hands free to pour the solvent. This also allows hazardous substances, such as acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., to be dispensed safely and precisely metered via the drain tap. When used with oxygen-sensitive or ultra-pure substances, operation with an inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible. The drum coupling and shut-off valves seal the drum and pump hermetically. This prevents any solvent-containing vapours from escaping after filling – thereby protecting users’ health and the environment. The portable dispensing system allows for flexible operation. It consists of a drum pump and a mountable pressure regulator unit, which adjusts the inlet pressure and provides additional protection against misuse. A pressure gauge allows for visual monitoring of the inlet pressure. The pump can be easily secured to the container using a drum coupling. The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3–10 bar) can be supplied via a mobile or stationary compressed air source. The solvent dispensing system enables the safe and accurate filling of various solvents in laboratory and industrial settings. Flexible connection options; operation with compressed air or inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) Parts in contact with the medium made from stainless steel (1.4301) and PTFE Includes transport stand, earthing cable for pressure regulator, connecting hose, spanner and adaptor for pressure supply Pressure supply adaptor (G 1/4"): 1x coupling plug, nominal diameter 7.2 mm; 1x hose nozzle for internal diameter 6 mm; 1x hose nozzle for internal diameter 8 mm For UN containers and drums (test pressure min. 150 kPa) The unit complies with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU Warning! When working with flammable liquids, the container, pump and pressure regulator must be earthed! Use an anti-static kit for the pump as well! Sterility: No
